its not letting me go to the next floor. iv done the first floor like 20 times wtf? iv bought the next 5 floors but they just dont go to the next one. i even tell them to start on other floors.

I didn't really care about the random walking, however, theres no way to get help and it drove me nuts when over half the team with practically full heath would suddenly be transported out of the dungeon by a teleporter, or I would have no idea what floor they would leave at.

5/5 I liked the AI it makes game harder, hard games are fun right?
Easy games are boring, you finish them fast and stop playing it...

Also, if the game give you level 0 guys when your close to being able to even go to the next floor, who can you advance at all? Till your party is full?

There is only one thing I don't like about this game: the idiocity of the adventurers. I mean seriously, I never remembered going around in circles and pacing when I dungeon crawled.

If you have to be a certain level to get somewhere, how the hell can you do this in 26 days!? It took me that long to be CLOSE to being able to go to the SECOND floor.
I wish you explained the game more. In an un-clusterf**k way.

damn these random dungeons.my explorers basically leveled out at 8 because it didn't give me enough monsters for them to fight

The Raid of the Bloody Red Dragon: Cloak of the Sentinel
A sequel to 'The Raid of the Bloody Red Dragon'.
In this level you are given the choice either take the most powerful and magical cloak of defense in order to make you adventure far more easy, or leave it behind and show that you can take this dragon and its traps on your own.

I love the game, but I have one problem, I think you should be able to move some things already on the map, mostly the traps and monsters. You cant add more and you cant start the dungeon until all the monsters and traps are placed down on the map, but you should be able to at least move them to different areas of the map.

i actually cant do anything my wee guy walks into the dungeon then dissapears straight away i cant purchase tiles as it says down the side i cant stop my men after they start to walk basically cant do anything except tell them to go .

Epic game, 7.5/5, however I would sort of like a unit upgrade thing availavble before I have unlocked the last floor and perhaps on dungeon crawl mode, if you select what items you use that you get out of chests. All the ones I get are awful and replace my nice ones. But other than those slight things, Gratz on another epic game Nerdook. Looking forward to more.

Antother thing, has anyone else had problems with russerction items, it said it would heal him if he died... but hte hero didn't come back

@wyrd42 - thanks for the info on characters refusing to go to next level. My guess with rogue is that it died (can the dragon do an insta-kill to a character with > 400 hitpoints?), but I've only seen characters die before when on low health to start with.

If you use items such as 5hp/max level... even if you delete the item from the hero he still keeps the max life bonus!

@blah13 The heroes won't go to a level that is two levels higher than their level. Most of the times they go back to town early, this is the reason. The portals only send them back if they have less than half hp, which can be hard to tell. They are more likely to wander in circles when low on health because they regenerate hit points based on how many tiles they move, even if they aren't equipped with an hp per tile item, which can make large areas for them to circle in a good idea. I don't know what happened to your rogue, but I beat the game in 24 days on my second try.

1.get new level as soon as possible
2. build short ways from entry to exit, you don't have to fight and kill all enemies=skip far enemies
3. avoid been killed (use arrows to avoid traps),
4. use blue portal as exit for week players (to keep them alive)
and the MOST IMPORTANT- >
5. when level 14 is ready DON'T open level 15 until day 25, this way your man are getting more exp and getting stronger and grouping with the others. at the end of day 24, open level 25, build short route to dragon (skip all apart from heal) and use the rest of money to upgrade all players.
6. don't forget to buy new and better weapons along the way

MORE BUGS ... the "send you back to town if you have low hitpoints" sometimes does nothing even though your character has low health.
