why do the adventurers sometimes spontaneously reverse direction? everyone else gets the picture, but one asshole will get stuck in an infinite loop and continue to go back to the entrance, or worse through a gold bag costing me money.

crap, that's the second time i've made the same horrible mistake: i got the entrance and exit of a level mixed up, so i made all the coin items point back toward the entrance-which means the adventurers will NEVER reach the next level...so i'll have to start ALL over since there's no sell/undo buttons...

And on the note of my last comment...
This game is fun, and takes a bit of strategy. I see a lot of posts saying you need to go through every monster. I disagree strongly with this method. I controlled much of what my characters did, especially closer towards the dragon where I needed to keep key characters alive. 4/5 for good mechanics, funny song, and innovative way of gaming. I just wish the random generator was kinder in its characters picks and monster spawns (never got a rogue)

Started with a Paladin/Warrior team...the Paladin was beast in the beginning, but then the warrior took out the dragon by himself near the end. On my first attempt, finished the hard badge on day 25 :D

no one dies and I make the shortest path possible... no kills = no money + no EXP = can't win. I make the path that kills all creatures and every time I get a new character he dies because the higher characters skip the areas new guy has to go through. Still not enough money to open each new level and make the path to the exit... Later levels you either pass up opportunities to make cash... or you send everyone over a lot of traps and they die.

Very fun game...Made it so my heros attack the dragon and go down a long corridor for money then around and attack again but there healing during that time...it works. Also beat the game this way in 27 (needed 1 more for badge xD) but you can probably do it in less.

Alright, lemme think this through...
I am supposed to make a dungeon that have monsters and traps that kill the adventurers...
But I need to keep them alive...

i dont care much about records and ratings, im more in the game for it being a massive level editor, ther arnt many out there: and this is one where you can build path traps out of coins, and since your adventurers move around randomly: why not torture them from their own greed?

Game lost a star cause of poor instructions but still easy to figure out. I still had to play a 2nd time to finish on day 23. Tips: Put the money right next to the exit so adventurers only hit it once per level plus they'll walk around a ton to find the exit (ppl complain about this and while its slow, it helps them get health back before moving on). Also the suggestion about avoiding monsters is bogus... make paths to hit all the monsters possible as that makes money and lvl ups. Heros dieing can be ok as that also makes money... sometimes. BUY ALL ADVENTURE ITEMS, if you lack slots for items, choose 1 to keep and buy it last ... buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell all in the same slot.
