Now I know why I collected all of that music from various games.
'Glitterball', from one of the Need For Speed games turned out to be awesome for making cash.
Now all I need to do is remember which MP3's are the 'long play' tracks.
Add to that the fact I have a wide range of music that I like. Try 'Pump It' by the Blackeyed Peas for some laughs.

If u want to play this game on "hard" difficulty go and download the song "Through the fire and flames" by Dragon Force!

There are a few songs one should play with this game. TTFAF, Still Alive and the entire Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack definitely.

What a crappy time to like techno and speed metal. My own tastes in music kicking me right in the plums. Nerdook, another awesome feather in your cap turned headdress.

I:Let's see what is included in the highscore statistic
*Scroll and see the @tried to mute a music game"*
I:There is a mute button in the game?I didn't see it.Well not bad to give it a try to see what happen.
*click*
I: LOL, I really did expect there is a statistic function just for a joke

@K3nn0, challenge beaten, Fire and Flames on level 10, with NO health upgrades, did not get hit a SINGLE time! beat that!

I think it would be awesome if we had some songs to choose from that others suggested. They could simply be uploaded somewhere and then the game could load it via URL. + if you agree.

A lot of my songs stop the second they start. I'm pretty sure it's because they're too quiet and all sound stops completely at the start.

Awe... This game is really pretty fun but all my music is on iTunes and iTunes converted all the files to .mp4a so now I'm not able to use them...

Ouch. Puretone's "Totally Addicted to Base" and Culture Club's "You Spin Me Right Round" were much harder than I expected, but in a good way.

Awesome idea, but the game really needs to adapt more to the music we select. For my first song I did a vocal operatic piece, and for my next I did some fairly intense techno with a whole lot of bass. Wasn't much difference in gameplay. Opponents should change color based on pitch levels, faster tempo should make more, etc. Gameplay for Flight of the Bumblebee should not resemble gameplay for Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.

Ironically, nerdook, I think that this "off-hand" game of yours is my favorite contest entry yet, and now that you've added all the shiny upgrades (THANK YOU for letting the player dial back down the difficulty!), it's one of my favorite games of yours. I'm loving running through my music library with this game. (The Portal 2 soundtrack, in particular, seems appropriate for this game.) Well done again!

I can't figure out how to change my wma files into MP3 files, would you please find a way to allow us to play any audio file, rather than just MP3s?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There's something wrong with the file recognition for me, your game only recognizes individual songs in my mp3 music file, and won't recognize the existance of any music in any of my albums. Respond with an answer or update soon, please!

Unlock difficulty 10 and pay with Through Fire And Flames by Dragonforce... Screen filled with enemies and bullets ftw!

Nerdook, I have long been an admirer of your work, but this game has allowed me to make the crossover to true fan. I love how as the song flows you can percive the changes in the game. I spent two hours playing using every song on my computer in MP3 format, and the next two trying to figure out how to change the songs I got of off CDs into MP3 format so I could play them as well. Bravo.
