I love the idea of this. Since the level doesn't end until the song does you don't have to pause it to replay it. And the song pauses when the game does, wonderful! I'm so glad I read the creator name before I went to play something else. 5/5, always.

i can't seem to get any music on there! please help, i even put the mp3 file right on my desktop but it wouldn't show up when i click play a song

There's not a particularly impressive correspondence between the music and the monsters, to be honest. Radically different songs and produce biggish, slowish monsters. 2/5

2 issues
1: It seems like your script determines if a song is over by how 'quiet' it gets. I tried to play a song that pauses for a few seconds before going on and your game ended my song. =(
2: I got the "complete a difficulty 10 level" achievement after I finished a difficulty 9 level

While all your games have had unique concepts and have been interesting to play, ClueSweeper and Zombies Took My Daughter have remained my favorites, in terms of fun, replayability, and concept. Now, I have another game to add to my "Favorites of Nerdook" mental list.

I've Got A Theory/Bunnies/If We're Together from Buffy, and I'm cruising along at my normal rate, and then the part where Anya does the big huge part about bunnies, and the enemies turn red, they have triple health, my specials take 15 secs to recharge (I never used them before that), they are twice as fast, and I am almost smashed to death. Then "I've got a theory, it doesn't matter," and its back to normal. Wow . . .

A possibility to use on-line music instead your hard drive would be quite nice, since nowadays many people do not use their PC to store music.
