Natalia Poklonskaya serving in US military... Well, it's not that unlikely as it seems, the entire separatist government of Crimea is going to be arrested/deported after regional elections in 2015 (propaganda of separatism is serious crime in RF). The problem lies in the fact that she is already 30-something, has a child, thus she won't be able to get to higher ranks until 40 and the age is definitely going to get its toll.

I wish you could control character movement with the mouse. Movement is sometimes limited using the keyboard when you are holding 'x'. For example, you can move up and left at the same time, but not down and left at the same time, unless you release 'x'. It makes for a really cheap game playing experience.

I've always wanted to play a game where you kill enemies with a flying mech shooting marshmallows that explode into more marshmallows. Thank you.

I used Archer+Predator+Excalibur+anything (I get Carapace, but had all hp at the end(Mercury, Rhino or Scater is goo for this imo), you just need to avoid meleemechs, and do not attack offten (so your shield will be recharge everytime).

Weird problem with the Excalibur aside. (maybe a rolled ALL exploding enemies?) This is a really fun game, 5/5. Well done once again Nerdook. (=

The Excalibur upgrade says "No damage from melee contact, except on bosses and blade mechs" but it seems that every 2nd or 3rd enemy I run into instantly strips me of my shields. Regardless of what kind of enemy they are. /=

What's so scary about battleships? There's a lot of content telling me it can help me avoid them, but when they come they're just big sacks of points that go down immediately. They don't even shoot. I've tried leaving them alive as long as possible, they just float around the screen until I kill them on accident.
they do shoot. and originally they were much deadlier, but everyone was complaining about how the game was out to kill them once they appeared, so I toned things down. ;)

I like this but the constant interruptions to gameplay are annoying. If you make me click to continue I have to take my hand off the keyboard which means I'm not controlling anything when the game resumes. Maybe change it to a resume countdown or bin altogether?

I would like this game more if I had the option for mouse controlled instead of just keyboard. Also, in my opinion, the play area is a little too small. Other than that, good game 4/5!
I'm not sure either. Was it fun for you? It's been climbing back upwards rather steadily since release though, so maybe it'll be better once more people play!

I came back to this after beta testing. A huge improvement, much less of a grind to get other parts. You tuned down the random upgrades which is good, they were a bit out of line when I tested them. As a veteran of super slow mech of betas past, I found the game pretty easy, you even nerfed the tanks' and battleships' hp and made our primary weapon dish out the deeps. I only wish the game was a little longer, only took me two runs and less than an hour. Took me 4 hours~ in beta but I'm happy you made the grind less just want more juicy content like the greedy fan I am.
Overall, felt much more badass in this final version and that's what counts!

I really like the recharge system - haven't seen many games that use something like it. Haven't gotten too far but liking the game! Keep up the good work.

Once I got the hang of it I really enjoyed it especially once the multipliers started going .
The learning curve is brutal though and I imagine a lot of players might not play until that point.

you know -_- that's not the actual quote that Albert Einstein said. You replaced sticks and stones with GIANT ROBOTS... -_-

Can we have melee kills with Excalibur not cause explosions. Otherwise it'll be too difficult against exploding baddies.

Frenzy, Dual Rippers and Mercury: the light that burns twice as bright burns half as long, but man do you burn brightly. I've seen things... so. many. bullets... attack ships on fire, off the shoulder of orion.

Ground units explode on death... then a whole battalion of tanks shows up. The bad guys have their own combos too it seems.

much better now that i can actually fiddle around with mech customisation the game is much easier but still a challange and you actually feel like your making progress each time. the only thing i don't like now is some parts are lack luster at best.

NO BOBBLEHEADS?!? But, but, but...how will people know I've been playing a Nerdook game if I don't keep nodding my head for days after finishing it?

Volcanis + Talons is an interesting combo. It allows one to snipe weak targets. If done right, it can set off a chain reaction while one sits back and recharges shields. If done wrong, lots of threat will come.

Got a 1.500,000 score with dual rippers, frenzy, mjolnir and mercury. You're EXTREMELY squishy but you kill almost any enemy in one or two hits, even battleships.

Edited the Wings to be more useful: they were kinda useless before, admittedly. Jumpjet now fires in the vertical direction you move in, while Skater fires rear bullets out of the robot's butt.
