Nice little game! Ended the game with 54,600 points and got an A+ rank! ^^ Suprisingly, I didn't find it to be hard at all, I guess I was lucky with purchasing the right upgrades.

A little complicated... Different elements I need to grasp quickly if I want to win the first time around, but after a few losses I can get the hang of it.. But still very difficult...

dumbass archer doesnt know enough to move in range of shooting and out of range of being attacked, lost the final boss like 6 times until i finally got him in range.

Unless they are really excited to be hurt for 10 points, I'm doing 3,628,800 points of damage on average. These guys must be really strong.

Good game, except i found you cannot clear your game progress. the game ends up not letting you press any buttons, but overall good game

The tip - don't waste any clicks is bad. I did that and never managed to finish the game. Best way to do it is: 1) when you find mooks, kill them straight away, 2) when you find the damiyo, kill him straight away - If you do this, all remaining clicks are converted to EXP with a bonus. So if you have 10 clicks remaining you get ~30 EXP points. 3) get the archer, upgrade speed and damage (you can't max all so don't even try) 4) don't forget to upgrade your samurai equaly - damage, life, speed. 5) of the buyable upgrades get the Expert Tracker, Focus: Chakra (don't forget to use the double), Mercenary Armor, Quick Strike and Light Feet (the frist three are a must, the last if you can get them). If you uncover and see mooks on (uncovered) rice fields it's good to kill them also, because you convert the click to health, chakra and silver. It's not worth exploring for mooks if you already found the damiyo, unless the remaining number of mooks is larger than 50!

I'm on the second last stage (Not counting the final one) and I can't seem to find the Daimyo. Even if I uncover all the tiles, he doesn't show up.

The buying an extra click is glitched...if you buy a click, you have to fight something before you can use it. Otherwise it shows you have a click but still says "Out of moves." Please fix this. Until then, 4/5

The Key lies in killing asap the soldiers in between for silver and exp. After i did that I defeated the final daiyo... But 1 mistake from the beginning.. i.e. being unaware what u must do and it will be real hard.

Wow even on normal mode i keep dying on the last daiyo. That kinda sucks, maybe it is me (for large part it will be) but it sucks that you cant improve ur skills/ upgrades, only if you win you keep the upgrades skills. Oh noesss i've become a whiner ... LoL...

Best thing to do Is to just upgrade ur samurai and then buy only one extra companion and upgrade both you're samurai and that companion .. But first get your samurai's stats sorted before u buy another companion..Just get the guy with the spear, Upgrade his health once or twice, But mainly his armor/dmg .. same for samurai, Health should always be upgraded as last..You should cap damage for samurai first then attack speed, Health shouln't even be capped, For spear guy, Dmg - Armor - Hp .. But you probs won't get to cap any of his stats.. Just try like 4 dmg 3 armor 2 hp or so. Was easy for me doing this method, Goodluck.

I don't think the game is really hard... The normal mode can be beaten easily.
If you try the nightmare mode, the first and the last level can be really challenging, and the other ones just a little bit hard...
I just regret that you can't submit your score anywhere...

I disagree with the many comments that the game is hard. The first upgrades are cheap, so spread them out widely. Those 3 point upgrades help a lot! Also finishing with many clicks means many upgrade points. Permanent upgrades like recovering 50 points between battles means you get stronger by engaging in minor skirmishes before each daimyo fight. Also the vampire upgrade is great for your main character. The "see adjacent tiles" upgrade saves many, many clicks, and that means upgrade points earned. Who cares if a companion or two fall during a fight? You get them back at no cost the very next fight. Easy and fun game! 5 stars

OK its to hard for me as I cant really do anything to help myself in a first battle. and the options I do have dont even help.

Alright, for all it wasn't poorly designed, the inability for a player to pass a stage because of past decisions makes no sense. The way you permanently lose score simply because you CANNOT pass a stage because there is no way to upgrade chars etc., etc. even after dying or keeping those upgrades makes this game just unpleasant and disturbingly annoying.
I've been through some tough puzzle games but this doesn't even bear any merit anymore since there is no way to improve your character(s).
Please put more thought into your games in the future. Also, buying permanent upgrades does NOT make the game winnable. As I mentioned, past choices prevent you from winning at all. This isn't even a challenging game mentally etc., etc. It's just annoying. There is no thought at all required for this and therefore you cannot argue that this game is difficult only for players who think on a different level. This was unnecessarily difficult.

The pattern I've noticed with Nerdook is that they don't seem to care if the game is good or bad just as long as it is different. As such, Nerdook titles are hit or miss. And while they have released some truly awful games, there's never been one that was so bad it honestly made me wonder if the game was DELIBERATELY bad, like it was made by someone that was was mad at the world, drank too much one night and released a game just to piss off everyone who attempts to play it. . . Until now. Nerdook, this is that game. This is the game that is so awful, broken and overall unplayable, that you have no prayer of convincing me that it was ever intended to be anything but.

3/5 just needs to be longer and have the ability to grind or when you complete on the first difficulty carry over your upgrades and so on...

I started off bad then I restarted and found that the first province you do you should find and fight the Daiymo ASAP then instead of upgrading unlock all of your guys starting with the Brute. Continue to finish in least amount of clicks. Souldrinker is crucial to buy which can be found at the silver market. This strategy makes this game a lot easier

great game! i didn't notice the leftover mooks number in the bottom corner until the last level, but that's okay. i thought it was more of a prediction thing in the beginning haha

Wasn't supposed the Monk to be the Blind Warrior? Come on, the Bowman wouldn't hit a sleeping Snorlax blocking a path!

Ok, I do not know how often this happens to others but placing the Daimyo on a trap is just stupid. We have no choice but to go there.
