^also having to do with multiplayer, you may wan't to remove the bouncing off of your partner's projectiles, as i ran into a situation where the computer spammed the flying swords, so i couldn't go down, and the comp stopped moving. I even tried escaping as thief, but there were so many swords i was immediately bounced back up to the top.

I don't know if this is an glitch but... On survival mode, if you press Q, when almost dying... You will back to the same level...
And same gp...

Just one complaint on this absolutely wonderful game: The 2-player AI needs some MAJOR work. Half the time, it just jumps off to one side and just keeps falling, leaving the player warping all over the place, which makes it very difficult to enjoy the game, as you don't actually have control over anything.

Geez, is it just me or did the levels get crazy longer with the update? And where's the mid-level boss fights? I had one hall game with 5 princesses and no boss fights.

Where did the Bosses go? I completed this game shortly after it hit the front page, Now came back and completed it yet again and noticed there was no bosses this time.. :/

Fun, interesting little game. I unlocked every mask except the Boss one. Where boss at? :{ I killed those spiky headed dudes right before exiting on two occasions, those are the closest things I've seen to bosses in one playthrough + a couple levels.
Important thing is that it would be nice to have a little instructions manual on the menu or else a tutorial that freezes the game so you can read the text, as during the game I kind of wasn't able to catch most of the explanatory text because 1) I was too busy watching where I was falling and 2) My laptop is kind of small-ish, and this game (tutorial text mostly) looks really small on kongregate.

Euhm, I think I broke it... I played the game some time ago, apparently now the bosses in the dungeons are gone and the exit appears once you got the gold quotum. In normal lvl's I get several exits (3) before I get to the bottom exit.

Your regular hero's mask should have effects like the thief eye mask should make Cage-o-Thieves appear more in a level

good game, great concept and great graphics. but no save button and too easy. also - when you reach the end without being a hero with double jump, it sometimes is impossible to get to the princess - this made me restart a level twice... would be nice if you fixed it. 4/5 overall

Easiest way to beat the game and get the badges: Play until you have the Paladin Platemail armor. Equip it. Now at the begin play carefully until you found a caged Paladin, rescue him and from there on its easymode. Just stomp your way across the level with your perma invulnerability. Finished all levels like this without losing a single life.

@mantaray1to8: there are several artifacts that allow you to teleport without taking damage... the default thief has quite a random teleport at first!

This is a really good game, but, there one small flaw, when your a thief, escaping can frequently cause death by landing on spikes, in front of enimies or not noticing your location in time... Aside from that, this is a excellent game!

Would be nice if we could actually use the coins for something, maybe to buy character upgrades or ability upgrades etc.

For some reason it isn't working for me. It doesn't start when I hit the space bar and the arrows keys aren't moving my character.

It's annoying you need to start again if you lost 3 lives and complete those extra easy time wasting levels.It would be better to have limited lives per level and that there is no ingame death limit.

I do not like this game at all, most the artifacts are completely worthless, and you can constantly get stuck, which costs you a life. 2/5

I think this is the first game I can erase my saved data on and still enjoy starting from scratch. But yeah, this game is nothing less than brilliant. Thank you so much for creating it!

Hey Nerdook, Nice game that you created but it really annoys that when you play with a paladin you get stuck sometimes like in the end that you cant grab the key and the nearest block is 2 tiles up. You can't jump that so you have to replay the whole level and with the "putrid pig" i got stuck in the middle and can't get out with the paladin. but nice music and love the graphics 4/5 !

Hey, i've got a MacBook and the arrows and space doesn't do nothing. I mean, i can only use the "mouse" to select options at the menu, and in the game i cannot use arrows. :/

Great game, I really love how the heroes actually look different when you equip them with other stuff. The only problem is, when 2 enemies are standing on the same spot and you jump on them with a hero that doesn't have a melee weapon, it hurts you one time. Not a big problem, but it can get annoying sometimes.

great game. the one downside is also the good thing. the randomly generated world sometimes makes me trapped in a level. but each level is also new and fresh no matter how many times you play it. 5/5

I like it. Took me a bit to get into it, but I was really surprised by how fun it gets once you pick up some of the cooler artifacts (thief + pendant of evasion ftw). I would love to see a sequel down the road with even more depth and maybe a save feature, but I don't think you need to change this game a bit.

@discon: whoa those are some pretty harsh comments! well, a 1/5 with genuine feedback is always worth more to me than not taking the effort to rate/comment at all... i do agree with some of the criticism, and the latest update should address some of it.

hey everyone! minor update uploaded. the long row of blocks should no longer be a problem, and i've fixed some other smaller stuff as well. also added a start button for those who can't get the spacebar to work!

It's good but not without its flaws. The blocks appear so random there were times that you get trapped and cannot leave without quitting.
