So, besides killing yourself, how do you get out of being trapped in an pit you can't jump out of? Unless you're a paladin... :/
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
nardook, the onlything i find wrong, is that with paladin with invularable armor, you get stuck, and just sit back and watch time fly by. i got stuck 4 times fighting the putrid pig.

wtf it just sent me back to the title screen and i lost all my progress because i lost my lives. both medium badges should be impossible badges. Would be a lot more fun if u could actually keep trying. Because of the lives factor 2/5

Nerdook has done it again: a fantastic, yet inherently simple core mechanic has been expanded into another brilliantly fun game. 5/5

Why does the hero keep get stuck walking one direction (some times right, some times left)? Is this a bug or some annoying feature of the game?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
boss battle layouts seem to be random, so you can get screwed into a position where you have to take a hit to attack, that coupled with losing your rescued hero when you take damage equals death.

FFFFFUUUUUU I accidentally hit quit on the map right before getting the last princess. The sad thing is that this is the third or fourth time that's happened. -.-; I wish this game didn't make you completely restart so easily.

I like this game, though if you freeze an enemy ontop of an exit, that exit nolonger works/ is permantly clogged with their forzen corpse.

Something that would be cool would be combos, say money or something, for jumping off of consecutive enemies and treasure chests.

In general games work better uphill than downhill, in this case it's easy to get stuck or have an unfair loss. It's fun but frustrating

Besides the other suggetions I would suggest that money could play a bigger role in the game. For right now the only reason to collect money is for acheivments besides that great game! 5/5

Ultimate thief build:
Pendant of evasion (thief)
Holy Shield (paladin)
Rune of energy (mage)
Bloodlust (barbarian)
This gives you 30 mana, the ability to escape before you're harmed (10 escapes-not including recharge and mana potions) as well as the option to recover health through the barbarian, and to get 2 lives for your precious thief!

I've had a lot of instances where I can't progress because I'm stuck as a normal character and have no way of getting past a net of blocks that surround me. Other than that, I like this game a lot.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hm, if it's Nerdook, then I'm adding it to favourite list it and giving 5+ without even playing. And I've never changed my opinion after playing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sometimes the game becomes unwinnable on stages. I ended up as a the normal character with the princess under rocks I couldn't break and no way to gain a hero to finish the level by freeing her.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
great game but there needs to be ways to avoid ways that stop you from continuing. for example i stomped on a block and then fell onto a spike block with a wall that was three blocks wide on one side and the edge of the screen on the other. i simply bounced on the spikes until i died. 4/5 for now. 5/5 if this is fixed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
One of those bosses that summoned opponents just took away my life (and my ability). So there I was, no way to kill soldiers and soldiers blocking both my paths. Probably needs a fix...

So what do I do if I have the misfortune to be a single-jumping class when I get to a boss? There shouldn't be classes that just plain suck and which are impossible to beat the bosses with.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game SUCKS. The keys are doing nothing in the game, only can use mouse to get to the map screen, the game ends there. WTF? 1/5, and i would give it a 0 if it existed.

This is the first time I've played one of Nerdook's games where I was actually forced to commit suicide many many times over because I got into a position that there was simply no possible way out of. In several places I wouldve had to jump back up beyond the top of the screen and kill myself because there is no way to continue down, or even on a boss where I had to kill myself because the character simply couldn't make the jump to get up above him and drop on him again

If you become a paladin with invulnerability, you will get stuck at the bosses in the castle. Not very good idea to cut jumping in half, when you already can't double jump...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
OMG if you travel back up...it says too slow....(i hate that when your fighting a boss and you jump up and it kills you!!! NERDOK!!!....i dispise you....
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
....badge of the day is lame....i can'nt even defeat the black dude with the shadow people...it's driving me insane!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
wtf? when you die you have to start over? THAT's LAME!!! seriously? the maps are randomly spawned...i've had to purposly jump onto a spike platform because i couldn't go anywhere else to get below...rate up if you think that is stupid!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
oh, boy....i love it when you end up on the wrong side of the princess....and thier just happens to be a thief next to you...yay!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
As always, Nerdook has provided not only a fun and yet silly game, but a grand time waster XD as always the mask/hat concept was enjoyable. Wasnt to hard to beat and like most of his games the replay value is off the charts. My hats off to you man :D keep up the amazing work!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The reason you sometimes get into the circumstances that no one can get out of is because the levels are all randomly generated so the levels are always different, which beings a lot of replay value! 5/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Seeing as you get the Royal Crown mask upon completing the game, is it too macabre to assume that the much-beloved hero was just out for the throne?
