My main problem is the lack of using the keyboard to control, or at least adjust mouse sensitivity. I have a thumb trackball mouse, I can play first person shooters or mobas, but this tires my thumb out.
Doh! sorry about that, if it happens consistently, please file a bug report. (I'd need system specs to figure it out.) It's probably a javascript memory allocation issue.

Expertly done and addicting for all the right reason. The only problem that I have with it is how incredibly expensive the upgrades become compared to how much you can make in a single round, it just doesn't scale well. For example, with the x2 cash, the best I was ever able to earn was 8200-8400. With Charger +6 costing 64k, that's a bit more time than I am willing to invest, especially having already beaten Tesla.
Thanks for enjoying the game so much! I never expected anyone to get the charger above level 5, but you do have a point I always enjoyed getting max upgrades in the games I've played.

Dev should get an additional star on their rating for explaining the WebGL differences between browsers "in game", and including a few useful tips for different browsers... we probably all know most of it, but just having it there shows they are thinking about player experience!
Thanks Paul! WebGL has been quite an adjustment, I think it will get really good and really consistent over the next few years, until then we all need to do what we can.

in my opinion i like how the camera moves with you, it might be a bit annoying for some but it makes it so you have to keep track of everything and adds more challange

I think this is a nice variation of Break Out. The difficulty rising isn't too harsh, and upgrades are also nicely priced. It's difficult, but not unfair. And I love seeing that. 4/5 stars!

Very nice game, though I think the option to play using mouse (which sometimes doesn't respond well) or keyboard should be added.

The fact that Skulls completely drain your charge is very annoying, but still manageable. However, I really dislike that they also prevent you from recharging at all for several seconds; I think that's too punishing, especially since the very act of draining all your energy makes you unable to destroy them.

This would be a good game for keyboard only controls, because clicking in the wrong place can minimize the game, etc., a lot of mistakes. If you do keyboard, make it fully customizable, because people use arrows, asd, sdf, different setups. Otherwise, a full screen option would fix it right up.

useless game if the pad dont move, or its move and then stop moving -.-
reload game and firefox + connect other mouse... same problem. so only 1 star
It sounds like your machine might have an issue with cursor locking, try turning on "show cursor in-game" and then use the keyboard controls so you don't click off window. It's helpful when doing this to maximize your window so you don't loose context.

The good: I enjoyed this, and not merely because it's not another idle game.
The bad: it overstays its welcome at the end. There comes a point where you can't really expect to pull down more than 2 grand or so each run - whether or not you reach the final boss - and every upgrade costs a large multiple of that.
The rest: the Tesla connection is, ah, tenuous at best.

This is just a joy to play. Super smooth with wonderful sound effect. Great work! I would love to see what else you come up with.
Cursor lock not working for you? you might check the in-game readme(webgl). Also if you ever hit escape in the webplayer it'll remove cursor lock until you load the menu. If all else fails use space to upgrade and any button above space to fire, as that will keep it from clicking out

this game would be a lot more fun if you could shot the far side blocks, the screen shouldn't move so fast in the beginning. You have to let the player enjoy the game before they get hooked.
Aren't you seeing the overlay instructions in-game? they should start with "Balls never go out, hit them with you're paddle to collect charge" then go on to explain upgrades, shooting, and shield bricks.

Please put the "Exit to Menu" button somewhere else. I've hit it several times by reflex when trying to resume a paused game. It's right where an Unpause button would usually be located.
Try selecting "fast" quality in options, also if you are running the webgl version, try a different browser. Fire fox is generally the fastest but can be very laggy on some hardware combinations (like my dev system). Chrome is the most consistent performer.

Good game, but I really don't like that the view slides with the paddle. I'd really prefer a fixed viewpoint, or the option at least.

Awesome game! At first I thought that I woould get the upgrades permanent but it didn't. Personally I don't like that so much in games, but this game worked fine like that. Btw, why is it exactly 127 waves? And why is the 8 behind "tesla"?
Tesla 8 comes from the original title of the game "Tesla Ate My Balls", which though fine in this context was deemed too rude. 127 waves is when the geometric level progression hits a sort of singularity, it takes about 10 seconds to go from wave 128 to wave infinity.

This game seems to have a big fault; i finished it and i want more of it but there arent any more of it. A game this great should never end! I would like to see more challenges and upgrades added to the game, hopefully an endless mode and endless amount of upgrades to go with it. 5/5!

Really nice game, seems simple, but needs a bit of understanding about charge and stuff, 5/5. Haven't finished the main part yet, but maybe add a survival mode with leaderboard?
Can i suggest increasing coin value later, instead of more coins, as there is a bit too much to handle.
Thanks! I appreciate the comment! (and good job it's not an easy game) Of course you did kind of cheat... which is fine but you might find that you're missing out.
That's not good, sorry about that, do you mean the shop upgrades or the in-game power ups?
Can you tell me if you are using the webgl or webplayer version and which browser you are using?
Update: I think the problem was that I wasn't calling playerprefs.save(), I'm not 100% sure this will fix your problem because I can't repro it, but it's very likely. If you like refresh the page until you see version 1.0c it has the new code.

I made some more try but i really don't like to lose all upgrades at every play keeping only the "max amount" and expecially i don't like to be forced to get some upgrades in the right moment.
It really is a puzzle game based on when and how you upgrade, sorry you don't like it. You might try upgrading "ball power" early on, as that makes the balls return more charge, and makes upgrading much quicker.
Yes and it's a fair question, if you upgrade your number of shots they'll hit the sides, press the spacebar or right mouse button when the charge meter is 20 or higher. It's sort of the first clue that the key to victory is timing the upgrades correctly.
