This game is officially broken on Kong. Progress lost, you can't gain monkey money etc etc. Such a shame as I along with many others grew up playing these games. It most likely won't be fixed due to the ending of flash player in December. You've been fun BTD5...

ninja kiwi can you please fix the progress issue cause i was level 11 and then i come back and then all my progress is in the dust, this problem has been an issue for a year now so please fix the bug

just so u guys know, ninjakiwi doesnt work on this anymore they put out btd6 a couple years ago and theyre busy working on 7. all issues on this game will probably never be resolved, especially since kong is running out of money too.

What an waste of 1 hour getting to level 30 only to refresh the page to see that i am at LEVEL 21, AND HAVE 0 MONKEY MONEY. If this is a server data loss, Fix it please.

Even worse than the lost progess, you can't even start a new game? I have to start over every time, I can't save mid game, and I don't get any money for completing levels.. What's going on?

I just joined and all of my progress was lost. I was level 54 and had a bunch of money and had even spend kreds on the game. I hope there is a way to get this stuff back.

@a6entoren6e, I have the same problem. Something in the forums mentioned reloading the page fixes it, but it never works for me.

Reloading is just not working anymore. Like many others, I've lost all of my progress. I've been playing for 5 years. Is there ANY chance that this will be fixed?

I have solved the problem. Try downloading a different browser. I was using Chrome but downloaded Firefox and all my progress has been restored!!!

What the heck is going on? No progress saved, no rewards given. Ouch. Unplayable is my progress isn't saved. Wasted a couple of hours on this.

NinjaKiwi have a script that ensures you have to load the game twice, to get your earned progress level. I guess this is to earn twice the ad-money. What other reason could there be?

It's not awarding monkey money. I was fine starting over as I reinstalled my O.S., but not at the cost of not progressing.
