Under rating threshold (show) You should be able to choose which spell the Monkey Wizards cast, instead of choosing target priority. Each spell would have different target priorities, allowing you to get the full effect of the spells rather than hoping they cast enough fireballs to explode the lead bloons, or that your 1 or 2 Whirlwind level ones actually cast a Whirlwind.
