@ Babalazoo - it seems to be that you need to go into the last wave of the day with full health (not counting if you have repairmen fill it at the start of the wave), and not get hit during the final wave. Also you need to start the day with full HP.

Hey, can someone tell me the requirements for a perfect game, cause I've finished so many days with full health and didn't get a perfect game from it. There must be other conditions too.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There need to be more advanced commands for troops, like prioritizing certain mobs so that the rest aren't completely excluded. It's pretty inconvenient to have to completely dedicate a troop to armoured when there are only a couple armoured mobs giving you the trouble. Leaves you hanging for the rest of the level...

To take the pain out... Part 3:
Other pieces that worked for me:
- CHICKEN$ > any other source. Max Breeder.
- weapon upgrades > castle building. 120 - 130 wall and some sandbags are nuff with decent Leech on decent grav guns.
- make sure you upgrade SP Trainer. It lets you tailor the skills you and your NPC pick. Ok, it calls for some EXIT / Continue boredom, but it DOES worth it to get Da Bomb, Anti Armor, Disarm, Active etc.
- weapon slots: LEECH, Damage. Tailor other slots to your flavor.
- Spend money wisely and avoid drying your purse. If you survive the day easy, spare your income. You'll love to be able to buy that top notch weapon from the store :)
Good hunting, folks

To take the pain out... Part 2:
- You use bowgun. It hits bigger than rapid bowgun (which comes in handy taking out those pesky fast runners that slips through grav bullets) and retains crowd control with Bow Master and Cripple Shot skills. Bow Master has another benefit: bigger enemies (which also tends to be tougher) get more hits as your bullets pierce through them. The big gun buddies take out most enemies on the field, you and the girl help them with fast runners, tougher enemies and air attackers. Sidenote: when shooting air attacker, try to be fast and aim them while they are still far. The smaller the angle, the easier to get them. BTW, help yourself and develop Anti air skill. Oh, another sidenote: since rate both weapon skill and player level development both depend on the amount of damage you deal, you will develop much slower than your buddies. No worries, just keep the focus on rifle skill, so as you don't lag behind DPS needs too much.

To take the pain out of it as hunter PART1:
- Take 2 big gun user buddies beside the little girl. Equip them with gravity guns and make sure they develop reload skill in a different rate. This way, their slow moving bullets keep field nicely clean. Focus their skill on big gun until they develop it well ahead of the general item level drops. This way, if a grav gun extraordinaire drops (or appear in store), they can use it right away and you get some 15 days of easy run. Once you are satisfied with their weapon skill, switch focus to> Da Bomb, Anti armor, Reloading. Omit accuracy, cool. Make sure you set their target a) no air attacks, for their goal is to keep the field clean b) no defense, since they won't be able to react to wall attackers with their firing rate
- Let girlie use laser gun. Nice armor hits. Help it with Anti armor. It seems accuracy doesn't play a serious role in NPC shooting. Set her targets free. Useful skills: Disarm (i wish hunter could get it, too), anti armor

A tip for leveling up in later levels, when the thing that drops off rats from a plane, don't shoot the plane down until it reaches your castle because it doesnt drop off rats there. The rats are important because they give you 7xp per each one killed while others only give you about 0.1 xp.

For me, getting started was the hardest part. With no badges it takes time to get up to speed. Also this game requires planning. Planning weapon upgrades, planning allies, which skills to prioritize, keeping money for weapons with good slots, holding those weapons in reserve until the mods on them are right. Using level one mods to protect the good ones during upgrades. when to buy sandbags, how many chickens do I buy before I stop, etc. There is a lot to learn. I got lucky one one casual hunter but due to lack of planning he hit a wall around wave 40. Weapon upgrades and Villas are important.

@ Strongbaby be hunter get the bowgun & add the autofire mod, get allies, enjoy. What character were you using? What gun? What did you purchase in the shop? Are you aware that if you save it, then refresh the weapons in the shop (for 2 AP) and don't like what you see, than you can go back to main menu and try again?

The best team possible (I promise you) is Rogue with Bowgun [upgraded as often as possible] (Autofire-Fire Rate-Damage-Anti Armor-Fire Rate, Damage) Hunter with Shotgun (Leech, Anti Armor, Damage, Damage, Anti Armor, Impact) Guardian with Shotgun (Leech, Anti Armor, Damage, Damage, Anti Armor, Impact) Noble with Shotgun (Leech, Damage, Anti Armor, Damage, Anti Armor, Impact). You have access to all 16 party skills and won't even really need the Hunter, Guardian, or Noble on offense after a while. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAzctMLPhoc

The skills in terms of usefulness I'd put as Party skill 1st, then Self skills with limit 5, then self skills limit 10, then the self skills limit 1000. [Party Skills - 16] Threat, Leadership, Engineer, Defender, Cook, Accountant, Active, Negotiator, Robber, Quickeyed, Insurance, Scavenger, Supplier, Taunt, Breeder, Love. [Self limit 5 - 2] Dr. Holliday, Burst. [Self limit 10 - 15] Luck, Sense, Killer, Powershot, Anti Armor, Aimed Shot (Duelist only), Crippleshot, Disarm, Bow Master, Da Bomb, Fury, Last Hope, Anti Air, One Shot, 1 Hit Kill, Aimed Shot (Everyone else avoid at all costs). The Luck is #1 does not apply to Noble+Gravity Gun or if you have earned it through medals & are Ranger or Militia.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ acolyte989 - The laser pistol is the best small gun, and the weapon of choice for the duelist. However the shotgun is a better option for the guardian. another reason I like the shotgun with the guardian is that the auto-shotgun is the best weapon to mod leech with. Laser Pistol + leech is worthless. Gravity Gun + leech is good at sucking up HP, but way too slow. Bowgun + Leech is good, but I'd rather solve it's firing speed defeciencies & make it a damage powerhouse. The Guardian's natural ability to hurt attacking enemies is great, as is the Defender ability that neutralizes some of their damage. But a perfectly built Guardian would have (in order of importance) Threat, Dr.Holliday, Leadership, Accountant, Defender, Disarm, Supplier, Insurance, Last Hope, [Accuracy & Reloading], love, cool. She is able to learn all available skills. Accountant saves money on wages, but the money earned by a rogue (or 2 or 3) will get you stronger party & wall & weapon upgrades.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ acolyte989 - Auto shotgun level 10 can last till about day 350 before needing major upgrades (provided you mod it with leech, damage, & anti armor) The 15 bullets per shot & 10+ shots per second make it about the best weapon for tanks & ballistas. All characters get reloading equally often if that's the skill you select to emphasize. New skills are learned based on what happens in the game. You hit alot of armor or air enemies, you'll learn those skills (if available). You hit alot of criticals - you're more likely to gain luck, killer, power shot & aimed shot (if available). Early on, Da Bomb is a greater boost than the Noble's natural ability, but after a point the Noble becomes stronger & then way stronger, & then so strong it's unfair. Up until that point he's learning valuable skills like Accountant, Cook, Insurance, Anti Armor, & luck. Party skills don't stack - if one of you has it, that's all you need for accountant.

Oh one more thing,if you want skills that are actually useful? Da bomb, one shot, accountant, negotiator, leadership(PS that's how my rouge and guardian aim and shoot so fast) reloading, your basic weapon skill, bow master, luck, anti armor, anti air, cripple shot(make sure your militia with gravity gun has this,as it will have a huge effect on any enemies that survive.Fury, and accuracy

mrhelpfulman:thnx for the tips, the reason i dont give shotgun abilties?shotguns are weak fter day 60 due too the fact that tanks, ballitsta, and dragons are resistent, and nobles are good for lvling up but they dont get reloading skills often.Nobles with gravity gun are good but the grenade damage and Da Bomb skill already increases the gravity guns damage.i just set everyone to fire at will, because me and my guardians have accounts skills Both MAXED.so i have alot less payment to do.The laser istol works wonder with one sht.And the guardians avbilties to actually block out damage completly and return is even better.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ acolyte989 good team. You have access to 13 of the 16 party skills. No Breeder or Scavenger aren't a big loss but a lack of Engineer is. The guardian should have a shotgun, not a small gun. You're losing out on big potential there with her Disarm & Dr.Holliday skills. The Militia is a curious choice - if you're determined to have a Gravity Gun (not my preference as it steals kills away from everyone else when Rogues & anyone with Luck could be earning gold off the same kill) Noble is the better choice there. Though I'd say the Bowgun is the best choice for the Noble so I like your decision there. Without changing too much - you should try Noble (self) Bowgun, Guardian shotgun, Rogue bowgun (heavily upgraded), Noble gravity gun (don't upgrade - just pick up better one's as they become available).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ok people you want to have an unbeatable team:here you go,noble(YOU)with abilties bowmaster, antiarmor, antiair, and have bowgun with a rifle skill, have a guardian with leadership, laser psitol and so on,rouge with luck, and try to get one shot cause it's damn useful, and a miltia with gravity gun, biggun,Da bomb, and reloading(verrry verrry important to have reloading) im on day 156 because of this :)

@ Awesomenessinc - Partial Truth. 1 At ridiculously high levels you can get the final remaining skills so a hard limit doesn't actually exist. 2 That doesn't apply to the duelist - he has room for everything he learns. 3 no party skill is available to everyone so you're not guaranteed an ally will have it (The great Engineer skill is Hunter & Duelist only). 4 you'd want to spread out the party skills so that your allies can have room to learn self-skills as well. 5 you want to spread out the party skills so they can level up as fast as possible. 6 you should be able to find a few unhelpful self-skills to sacrifice for the party skill. 7 half the party skills are huge helps, and should be upgraded immediately.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
never invest in new party skills as you have a maximum number of skills and the party skills can be acquired through your ally fighters.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ Absolyst - convert the percentage to a decimal. So Starting is 1.00 or in your case 1.43. Then do the reload rate divided by that. So 3250/1.43 = 2272ms is your reload time. If you had a 100% boost then that would be 3250/2.00 = 1625ms. If you had a 750% boost, that would be 3250/8.50 = 382ms
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ mrhelpfulman I'm talking about the character skill. So if my skill is only 43% faster, how much would that take away from a weapon with 3250 ms reload time? Can you tell me what the specific equation is?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ Absolyst --- Are you talking about the weapon mod or the character skill. The weapon mod is very visible in what it does, just compare the reload time with it vs without it. The character skill escalates slower and might be tougher to see - especially at lower levels. When you get to 100% reloading you should notice your character reloads twice as fast or 1/2 the listed speed. At 200% it's three times as fast or 1/3 the listed speed. At 300% it's four times as fast or 1/4 the listed speed. You won't be able to see the difference day-to-day as each level doesn't make that much of a difference, but if you compare a character with 100 reloading to one with zero (same weapon) - you'll see it.
