when you use an upgrade it restores you soul also you can use upgrades to reduce movement cost or increase total soul. if you upgrade greed a lot in the beginning and then spend the extra money on level ups getting a basic victory is incredibly easy.
So the game is nowhere near impossible

Here is the thing I don't understand, each movement takes 10 soul am I correct? You have a total of 100 soul, so each turn you get relatively 10 moves on average, but the thing I don't understand is each turn sometimes the key AND the door are over 10 spaces away and normally aren't even close to eachother, so on some turns you have absolutely no chance whatsoever, plus monsters take so much soul away you can barely kill them and they barely give you any money, this game is retarded.

Damn how do u take over the devil?
And i feel that if the monster did 0 dmg to u while u did 1 dmg to it, it should automatically kill off the monster.
Spam clicking just because my attack isnt high enough is not fun at all o3o

this is a little similar to that monster and egg game. however, i still enjoyed playing through it. was a bit too easy though, never was in danger of running out of soul

i did greed full cept bonuses, got defence full then gave 1 bonus of greed, attack full then the last bonus on greed, then move, soul and sight, i finished with 42873 score

the point of closing and reopening the menu each time bonzomatic is so people can replenish their sould points which is especially helpful at the beginning when you don't have much money to buy the soul replenishing things from the shop

Would like to be able to spend accumulated upgrade points at once instead of closing and reopening the menu each time.

"Have to max out stats *and* bonuses - probably obvious to some, but not to me. Game would be improved by lowering the effectiveness of greed (makes it trivially easy), allowing people to sell off unwanted items, making level-ups more expensive as the game goes on/ as you have more $, and by having maps with holes in them - srategizing how to get around the map was fun before I realized the greed trick."
This is everything I wanted to say about this game, but someone said it earlier, so I just copied it.
3/5

This could have been a good game. Make it longer, and make it not super easy by maxing greed. Otherwise, good effort.

I would like harder monsters to drop more money. When the things that have 1k hp drop the same money as the things I can one hit, it makes me just ignore or insta kill them, no incentive to kill.
