How to Play
WASD to move.
Escape to open a little menu - to clear the screen or submit your score.

Added a timer so the game will have a purpose, Get the highest score until the time runs out.

So, there are no instructions. After a few failures to interact with the game at all, I discovered you used the WASD keys to move the face icon.
