Ive reached level cap too and still at cadaver 16. Trying to progress by upgrading workshop, but I cant train my stats anymore beyond that. So it's all gear/skill from now on. Not sure why we need a level cap. Reaching cadaver 20 without level cap is hard enough.

I've hit a brick wall with Laboratory level 3. Those spitting zombies do way too much damage and they get two attacks per round. How high do I have to get my armor/health to not get completely blown away by them?

Dude, I made my Zombie Hunter Badge on Oct 31 2023. Obviously this late cause that I'm in level 17 at Cadavre :) Or something else make everything impossible at this "game" at high levels?

Zombie Hunter Badge acquired Oct 30, 2023. Kadaver Annihilator Badge acquired Mar. 24, 2024. Badge hunters be ready for about 5 months of daily grind. :)

@Vauzhao Try zooming your window a little bit, then you should be able to see it. I have the same issue, and zooming just a little makes it appear.

I agree with vox. However it's possible to get rewards from the sweep by grinding. It's slow but tokens and canns are always good. If you can get the varan suit you will eventually upgrade it to better than most non-Kred armor available. The gun for 550 kills is not worth it. I always stop after 440 points to get the 60 token reward.

I think city sweep event should be divided to groups or leagues by player level. There is no way to get reward on low levels. Higher level players are getting better and stronger eq and stuff. So differnce between new and old players are growing.

How do you add workers to the workbench? I only have one, even though I've upgraded the workbench many times. Especially now that I need to craft advanced materials like improved skin, it would be good to have more than one.

this could have been something, but ... zombies have more speed and detection than the human ! Tactical side of the game is botched, only remains timers and forever grinding... 2/5

@waldek_poch: It seems that complaining works. As soon as I wrote about crits not working, my next Cadaver got criticals twice in a row. Go figure...

If so, then it would be so wonderful. Not only it would make intelligence almost useless, but also credit-bought Elephant Rifle a bad investment.

I'd guess since so many talked about how they use reload cheating they decided to remove critical hits because they can't fix the real problem? Just a guess.

Just beat lv20 cadaver at lv28 with 3325 hp, 485 dmg and 103 armor. Managed to tank 3 hits with a good RNG. Probably less RNG dependent with all fully upgraded armor pieces (I'm only at Mk II)

@Tandu thanks for the answer. that's annoying, stat needs a different name or something; "damage" sounds like it would just improve ALL your damage
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
What's the strat for Cadaver 20? Up to the 19th it's simply tank 3 hits and 5-shot it but for the 20th I don't see how I can even tank 3 hits? Are the attacks dodgeable?

@Lionrider: If you mean the Cone attack then no, to increase the damage you need to upgrade it using tokens (don't waste canns for that). Later you can get Target shot and finally penetration attacks and upgrade those too. After 10+ upgrades the cone attack is nice against ordinary zombies. Intelligence also boosts the Abilities Eff. stat which applies to cone attack but not the other special attacks.

When you reach workshop level 9 (9 pages), you start getting items with 3 improvements. Just take CPG[wanderer] for example, you need a total of 64 rare items to upgrade to tier 4. Based on my past rates of 15 days per 16 rare items, you need 2 full months of grinding every single day to get it. Surprisingly, the stats is comparable to tier 8 improvement of Varan armour (credits to bhaas for the google spreadsheet), which takes half a year or more estimated (I don't know the rate it appears in the shop). But at that point, you would be near to Workshop level 12 for CPG[Ghost], which again has upgrades till tier 4.

Farming for components gets so tedious as you progress. I'm lucky I haven't run out of hourglasses yet, but it still takes ages to get the pieces I need, and I can't really progress without making better gear. Maybe increase the odds of the rare goods a little?

As of today, this week's BOTD has been changed to the easy one, however, the medium badge is now also working properly.

Just like how to use Cone attack (mouse clicking on its icon), you can enter "focus mode" by mouse clicking on the regular attacks icon. Mouse clicks under "focus mode" can only be "attack", so they cannot become "move". Besides, "focus mode" displays the current hittable radius, helping to know the range between you and zombies, as well as your movement range if both are the same.
It would be great to have shortcut keys like 1/2/3 instead of mouse clicking on attack/skill icons, and a shortcut key like Esc to cancel that.

Oh, great, so the badge just straight up doesn't work. And no, it's not '5 different items', because I've crafted 6 different items AND 5 items of the same type, and it's still stuck at 0/5.
What a joke badges have become when this crap gets BOTD.

Go to hero > upgrades, repeatedly select attack, then do mission 5 to collect as much leather as possible, repeatedly craft worn belts, then go equipment under the hero tab, select the belt, and then get a screenshot once you've crafted five of them so you can prove you've crafted five items. Also you do more damage at close range, so try to stay close to one individual zombie while you try and pick it off, while remaining as far from the other zombies until you're able to take it down.

And, because there isn't anything to show how many items you crafted, Kong support won't help you. Kong, get your shit together!
