What i mostly value is that all the posts i see here are answered by the developer. At this point it is not even that essential if the game sucks, as long as the developer is open for new ideas and especially kind to the players as the developer of this game, oultrox, who shows the hunger and high motivation to create great games with creative ideas and much fun. On the other side the game is already super funny with nice ideas and good, fascinating and even addictive gameplay. At this point i would recommend to see the game amorphous+, which is both very humble and yet tempting and addictive and maybe the best of its kind. Specially such games are even more wanted at least by me, as Kongregate is nowadays full of dull and boring idle games bullsh*t. Under all circumstances i will be looking forward to see the developed version of this game along with future games from oultrox :)

I found the slowing to absorb corpses interesting. Instead of simply grabbing them automatically, I actually like having to make the decision between risking grabbing them and taking damage, or maintaining mobility to avoid attacks. The two issues I see now are the fact that you quickly loose insensitive to continue playing after you finish upgrading, and that the first upgrade comes later that I would like. I am not saying that I should reach the maximum power level faster, only that there should be another increment around waves two or three (assuming you eat all bodies possible) so that the player both gets an example of what they are aiming for to give them a stronger sense of purpose.
Interesting approach, and thank you so much for the feedback! Maybe you're right and it should be a earlier mutation, we will take that in count for the extended version with more mutations; However I'll be just polishing and bug fixing this version so I really appreciate your feedback regarding the manually absorb, since we thought that would be interesting and tactical as well.

Here's an idea: in Pause, switch colors to be. Unique qualities and a temporary, right-click ability that recharges with corpses. Auto-absorb corpses when close, and SPACE for Pause. Colored enemies fill level-up meters. Could be like: --YELLOW-- Tank; higher HP/Def; smaller hitbox; moderate fire rate & huge knockback + 1 second Stun, does NOT do damage. Lv up = +HP/Def. Right-click = invincibility. --RED-- Attacker; lower HP/Defense; starts with 2 bullets per shot. Lv up = +1 more spread shot & higher fire rate. Right-click = area damage on bullets. --GREEN-- Absorber; normal HP/Def; smaller hitbox; always 16-direction shot, slight knockback; slow fire rate; a “restore 1 HP” meter, charges with corpses. Lv up = +HP. Right-click = bullet deflector shield + very fast fire rate. --BLUE-- Special; normal HP/Def; moderate fire rate; shots penetrate; +HP corpses more often. Lv up = +HP & +HP corpse rate. Right-click = enzyme coating: kills all you touch, but triple projectile damage on you.

I'll be saving this to discuss it with the team, tho Bullet reflector and defensive system is planned for the right click, it would be like an Skill tree of defensive systems but we're still developing the ideas! elegible power ups every time you mutate is panned for the left click as well, but this is pretty interesting and really good for making our power ups ideas. thank you!

I'm left handed and hate the wasd setup....especially when you want me to hit space as well. I couldn't play this one at all without the option to define the keyboard setup. All left handers hate developers who ignore our needs!

Nice game. Smooth play. Very easy to adjust to play, very hard to quit once you start. If I may suggest, although I like the colors, you might want to rethink since green against red might cause problems for colorblind people. Just a thought.
Thank you King for your kind words and feedback! yes, these colors may strain for some people. I thought on making a daltonic view, or something similar. Maybe I could add brightness and gamma options, that's completely doable. cheers!

This game have a really amazing potential if main game components like detailed menu, more options, upgrades, more monsters(Pills) and better controls, this game could even on sale in Steam!

It feels like a pleasant game. But sometimes, even the spread gun does not help. Being surrounded makes you feel that you just can't produce enough bullets, and it's extremely hard to dodge. This makes it more challenging, but I don't feel like retrying, at least right now. Maybe some kind of a wipe for enemy shots, or an enemy-stunning sonic wave, would be nice as a special ability.

Fun game! Could use some improvements, like I think screen shake made me go slow enough an enemy could catch me, and it's not clear how big hitboxes are, but I got hit a few times I felt like I was quite far from a bullet. But is one of the few games I played recently that makes me wanna keep coming back.

with a slightly decreased difficulty level and with added level-"paths" (like when you can decide where to put your level upgrades into like 'speed', 'attack-speed', 'multi-shot', 'consume-range+speed' you could go easily miles with this one *.* .... i like!!!
I tested on HP pavilion. it should work. please try using another browser, I do recommend chrome or Firefox. if it isn't working in any browser pm me your details please!
EDIT:Do you use trackpad? Many laptops have a function in which if the trackpad is being used, you can't use the keyboard at the same time to make typing more comfortable, you might have to disable this function or get a mouse to enjoy our game, we're very sorry for that!

This game is amazing for three days work! The only issue is the pressing space to absorb corpses is really distracting from the actual gameplay. I think this game would be 100x better if corpses could be picked up by running over them - it would be a little easier but the challenge would still be there in later levels

Simple, but not bad. You should really make it more clear that you can just press space and immediately start moving again, though. It makes a huge difference.

Easy to tell the game was made in 3 days. No way to get back to the main menu, and no arrow keys for movement? And there were at least two devs working on this game? Come on. 1/5 for clear lack of effort.
I'm sorry if you genuinely felt annoyed by these things. Although it's hard for me to understand why'd you use arrow keys in a twin stick shooter styled game along with the fact that there's no menu but just a title screen, in any case you can press ESC key to open up a small options menu. I appreciate the honest feedback, although it's hard for me to appreciate the lack of respect. Have a good day!

I'm not talented enough for this one. I wish the corpses were absorbed automatically. Also, the screen shake isn't my fav. Nice game though.
I'm just polishing the corpses to be absorbed more easily as I write this! Screenshake maybe will be polished with a Screenshake bar as well! thank you!

Good game like all of your games, but make an extended version. I know u made this in 3 days and i want u to keep making it because THIS GAME IS AWESOME. u should add upgrades. Also maybe boss battles. srry if i am to picky. GREAT GAME THOUGH. keep up the good work.

Took me couple tries to figure out that you don't need to hold down space until the enemy corpses are absorbed, that made the game much easier (or rather possible to get to decent score). Other than that it's short but sweet, hopefully you can do more with it.

nice but corpses disappear too fast and trying to press space to absorb them while using wasd is too hard, maybe in a later update, left click can absorb or auto-absorb when you run over the corpse, plus absorb should give you hp back if your going to spend time not fighting to absorb.
Each time you fill your bar you get +3 HP! that's more clear when you get to the max evolution. sorry if it wasn't comfortable enough for you. it was made in 3 days and we could polish that soon.
