I think this is an earlier version of Mathdoku. I was playing the new one yesterday but it's gone from Kongregate now.

This game seriously needs keyboard entry for the numbers. Sure, select the relevant box with the mouse, but going back and forth between the boxes and the digits is seriously painful after a while, even on the 5x5 grid.

Biggest flaw in this game is tha the solutions are not unique. You can get stuck early on with multiple non-obvious possibilities and then all you can do is trial and error.
