It's quite easy to get over 20,000 and even up to over 40,000 by simply keeping your highest square in any of the corners. It takes some improvisation along the way, but it works.

To all you noobs (and pros): The secret to obtaining a high score is to keep your highest block in a corner and to have the second highest block adjacent towards the highest block (Preferably horizontal). The up arrow is unnecessary (Unless you're forced).

This game feels like the appearances of 4 are more likely. In all my experience playing 2048, those 4s f*cked me up 3 out of 4 in this version. Maybe just luck? I don't know.

What do you all consider a low score? My first try for one I got a 96. Grid of 2,8,2,4 above 4,2,4,2 above 2,4,8,4 above 4,16,4,8 - though I got lucky with a the final appearing tile being the 4 in the upper right corner.

A blatant ripoff, and much too easy, just like all of the other clones of the same concept. How does this make front page?

With the effort it takes to get a low score, there should be a losers board. We can all stare at it wondering "How the f*ck did he get such a low score? Is that even possible?"

This is one of the most irritating things in the world.
Not completely in a bad way, just in a 'I now have no social life as all my time is taken up on here trying to beat that damn highscore" kind of way.

Love it. It's the most fun puzzle game on Kongregate, heck, even on the. Of what I know at least and I play a lot of puzzle games!

The most interesting thing here is how such a boring "game" became popular enough that I heard about it multiple times. SMH

not every body know this game is just a ripoff of another smartphone based game called "Threes"... but most the surprising part is the ripoff gained MORE success than the original just because this was showcased in a TV show... just tells you how crappy life is...

I recently played the original version a lot. Coming back here is like riding a bike instead of driving a Ferrari. Man this is slow.

Gets 1024 for the first time. :) Shortly after, dies. :( ... But, considering I just started playing yesterday, I think I can live with that ;)
