I know this is the alpha .02 yada yada, but my suggestion would be more information, do the skill books stack or not and the like.

for anyone wondering i was able to beat raid one with like lvl 20's and i beat the first boss in the second raid with lvl 30-40 and the dragon took lvl 50's

It'd be nice if you could prioritize healing or attacking with the clerics, or be able to change the health threshold (probably a percentage) at which the clerics will heal other raiders instead of attacking. You could also have the clerics prioritize which class of raider to heal first, or better yet be able to choose specific raiders to have higher healing priority.

All my peeps are like 190 and they would all enjoy something other than a Bronze Chestplate for the last raid, also how many raids are you adding for le next update? I'm ready for freddy :D

I wonder if "...upgrading your home base." will include upgrades to make it more cozy for the merchant/traveler, making him stay longer or even...say...lowering his prices... :D no? just a thought :x

To equip, open the heroes inventory page and the "party" inventory page, click an item and then click a slot on the hero you want to equip. The books you buy from the merchant go in skills fyi.

For a future update could you add graphical changes to the soldiers for upgrades? Maybe for every 5 upgrades along with special abilities? Thank you.

no every skill book works for itself so if you have 5 healing you have 5x 20% chance to use it so theoretically you can heal 6 times if you get lucky

Maybe it is possible to make game screen a little smaller (or scalable if it is ok on Kong) and add a scrolling for character list?

Could you add a defence stat? If not, show it? Also why don't multiple shots work on certain bosses? Or is it just something you don't see? Also all my people are like level 90 now. I play this too much o.o

@Otkrove, they stack, but it doesnt look like they stack to 100%. i got 5 of the healing books on one guy and it doesnt proc 100%. so maybe the cap is 80%

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to even equip ANY of the items I've obtained. I've searched but it doesn't say this anywhere...You should probably actually explain that. It seems to be a major part of the gameplay.

Be clear on wich classes can use an item, the 20% movement speed boots for example, i dont know if they only work for the knight.
Some Quests? Go to place X and kill Y amount of mobbs?

suggestion:A individual character page for each hero detailing detailed stats and info about that hero an a big higher resolution image of the selected hero in the middle , with this screen you could add more inventory slots if you wanted for the items

suggestion: maybe a way to convert all the extra millions of gold into extra exp? cuz spending 500 every 10 minutes doesn't even make a dent in your surplus gold.

also why isnt goblin gardens the final farm spot? since thats the only one worth farming at all? and as faqr as i can tell, there are only 3 different drops, the two different heals, and the useless brown paper. also are the only items the knife, shield, dragon remains, and amulet?

are there only 3 raids? there isnt really a point to playing after your raiders reach lvl 120 yet is there? I'm sure there will be after the next update. Absolutely awesome game btw Thanks dev.

Is the reason I can't move beyond the Pabulum Pit because that's the last currently created map, or do I have to beat the next Raid first?

You should have the healers prioritize those with the least amount of life. Many times already my guys have been fighting and the healers heal someone with almost full health, while ignoring another that is almost dead.

Great game so far.
My top three things I would like to see would be:
-Passive Base Upgrades: Things like healing stations that up the passive regen in base, a tavern that if you keep Raiders in base for a bit they get a bonus, that sort of thing. Stuff that I can spend my gold on that adds both cosmetic and functional things to the rather bland base. There is only so much time I can stare at my Raiders in their bleak grey room with only two pots in the back before I feel horrible because I'm making them live there or something.
-Some sort of control over the Raiders: Some kind of means in which I can influence how my guys fight, even only minor. The times I would have won a raid but didn't because my healers healed the archer with a booboo over the fighter redecorating the dungeon with bodily fluids can't be counted any more.
-The ability to go back and upgrade farming areas to reward more at higher tiers.

I'm probably missing something, but when I select a Raid, in this case the first one, and click start raid, none of my raiders actually go there

It seems the item drop rate needs to be rebalanced (probably in the developer's plans already). At first i got a ton of scrolls and potions but now i get nothing! Also , maddening scrolls. Do they even exist anymore?

It is so easy to miss, and a lot of people ask about this; you CAN unequip skill books and equipment: In the top-right corner of the equipped item is a tiny [x]. Click that to return the item/book to inventory.

I wanted to test the game also, but as many players said already, the game stopped loading at 94%. I tried in Firefox (main kongregate browser - not working), Chrome (where flash games require permission, but the game didn't ask?) and IE. It only worked on IE, but the game also lagged :/ Especially when units were in raid or hunting.
What i find strange about game are these things:
- the game makes a popup when you go to option to change name
- "sage" or what is the name of that unit randomly heal target (do they heal wounded unit at the same time, which leads to waste of healing?)
- i recruited all units except the last, then i refreshed the game on accident and when i reloaded again, there was a different unit to buy than before refresh (archer, instead of melee)
- i saw that trader 3 times and he was selling same item every time (first only one, second time two of same, third time three of same)

Props on making an idle game that isn't an exact copy of every other kind of idle game here. This one is actually fun, and with some more polish/more content it'll be really good. Looking forward to see how this game turns out!

It would be nice to alter the characters' appearance to help distinguish them better. Maybe something as simple as a color change.
