The shortcuts are not useful and there is no quick way to select a specific unit type (i.e. all Rangers) without clicking on at least one of them: in crowed situation it can become a pain.
Also, it makes twice harder to properly move soldiers. Unhappy exp. 2/5

It would be nice to see the stats of the units when in the upgrade screen, so I can see a better definition of what "+5 health" actually does, and how much more beefy Knights are compared to swordmasters.

Can't play it. Neither normal window nor Cinemamode show the full Screen and there seems to be buttons on the right side, at least i'm told in the first lvl to click somewhere outside the window ~.~
I think I'll remove the "No Scale" option - it will give an opportunity to zoom in and out the game screen. But in this case some things will look a bit glitchy. And until then just set your browser zoom to 100%

Seriously well developed game. Lovely learning curve. Love pause screen troop management. So many strategy games need this but never include it. 5/5

Whats up with Level 5? I barely beat it the first time and afterward when retrying for more starts ended up failing...

Don't really like when a mission has people walking across it I lose a life if one of them dies...too many times a line of undead will form right behind the people, killing at least one straggler...
Other than that I like the game

I wish there was a way to press the "C" or "X" button to create a line where you wanted. For some reason, when I create a line, the location will be random. Usually away from battle and centered around a random point. If only we could hold those buttons down and click to place a line in that location. This would make creating defensive lines and strategic builds much more efficient.
Yes, that's a good idea. However, I really have no time implementing it in RW1 right now: I'm finishing my next game, and it will take at least 2 weeks.

5/5 I love when developers pay close attention to detail and actually test their own game. Highly addictive I didn't stop until I beat it. Best of all it's one of the rare Kong games that incorporates exponential difficulty the right way. Most amateur and intermediate devs on here just give you 2 learning stages a 3rd to test skill, then BOOM it's hard as Sisyphus's struggle. Awesome game you've earned my rating! I rarely if ever give a 5.

"Let's see...save up my Meteor Strike for the group of ghosts just outside my range? Nah f**k it, I'll waste it on the three trolls that those rogues are already taking care of."

Rest in peace, little brave rogue who merrily ignored the orders to retreat, because he really really really believed he could take on that horde of green hounds.

@Magoa: all the things you've asked for in your comments are already there in the game. Even if you didn't read the game instructions in this page, they were explained in the game level by level as they appeared. There already are hotkeys for selecting different type of units. Plus, you can assign numbers to your hand made groups of units and press that number to select that group. Also, there are buttons in-game with hotkeys that let you keep unit formation when moving them.

@Magooa: maybe if you read the help, you can find what you are requesting... it's already done. Complaining for something YOU havent find it's so useless. And for your second message, probably you havent got how to use thieves (the fastest units of the game).

Can't stand how knights are soo lazy and would rather stand and watch someone else die a couple feet away then fight. I also don't like how you have to chase after enemies so they don't sneak across the screen. It's a pain enough trying to get your units in some kind of decent formation and then you have to rush click units to get them to chase enemies and screw up your whole formation.

I really like this game, yet it's impossible to control units, and there are too many levels where you have to play with the units they give you instead of using whatever units you want to use. It would be nice to have unit type selection hot keys.

Sometimes i don't want to promote a unit, a way to lock them so they wont show up on the promote button would be nice.

Badge of the day two weeks in a row? I play the weekly/shiny challenges to get exposed to great new games, not to see the same thing twice in four days.

The producers should have made it that there is a shop that you can go to for like extra gold after levels. That would be nice, have awesome spells for like 500 coins that only last 1 level. The producers should also make a number two were there was more than one portal and stuff like that

I swear controlling the thieves is like herding cats. They have their own ideas about what fights they want to take on.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
No, Tatu. It's A LOT too time consuming for badge of the day, and way too hard, to boot. I'm just glad it's not needed to get the shiny.

BOTD seven days apart?!? Seriously Kong? You'd think you only have a couple dozen games to choose from not, ya know, THOUSANDS!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Last level, 6th wave, shitload of enemies, 10k+ gold, no option to buy more, overwhelmed again, pissed off, rating 1/5, never coming back.

All those who earned the previous BotD for this game, please keep playing as I think this game's medium badge will be the BotD this week. Plus to let others know.

This game is a much better version of Kindom Rush. Yes, you've read right. A brilliant game of medieval strategy, a must play. Long, hard and complex. It needs premium content, it deserves to get money to throw more games on us. Devs, thank you for that, really! One of bests of Kong, no doubts.
