Oh, and for the boss level, THE SCREEN IS TOO DAMN SMALL!
I had to set my desktop resolution to 1366x768 before I could finish it. (Full HD native here)

The idea that it should trace your mouse's path is a good idea, but the moving enemies or things that spawn when you go to trce the path could cause problems

I like it. Fairly original, good challenge curve. Not super difficult, but the last few levels offered a fair challenge. The interface plays well and the artwork is nice. Short but sweet. 4/5

As for the game itself, I must say I like the art style, the gameplay is fairly unchanged (a good thing in my opinion), but the second to last level is ridiculous. Most of the time, I find it literally impossible to survive, given the fact that the center is off-limits due to the shrapnel from exploding mine things while the edges are off-limits due to the regular enemies.

The maker DIDN'T claim to bring revolutionary new gameplay and ideology to this game. The description begins with the words "Stylish arcade game with fresh mechanics." I simply don't understand why everyone seems to expect it to be more than that.

A good solid original game and very nice artwork and great quotes. As for the game itself it is a bit laking in entertainment, everything else however was great. There just simply wasn't anything motivating me to get flawless on the levels or finish hardcore. Game froze up on me at a certain level, still 4/5 however for originality and artwork.

I had this nightmare the other day that all these kids who grew up only playing all those damned FPS games like Halo suddenly became game developers and started putting out games they called revolutionary and unique, but they were just all the old arcade games like asteroids and tetris and snake given better graphics. They had just *gasp* never played any of the original games.
And then I played this game. Perhaps I have the power of prophecy or something. I believe it would behoove playpanic to play some of these older arcade games before going around claiming to introduce fresh mechanics.
2.5 for a much-needed makeover, but the game itself is prone to lagging, and the mouse sensitivity is apparently on a hair-trigger.

Was anyone else under the impression that those green bubbly things were poison until you accidentally ran into them?

Flawless on 13 of the levels, but it locked up completely on level 14... )= I am saddened... but, 5/5, because it was pretty great, before it froze.

I like the game...but it is too easy...I got flawless all the way until level 12 :/
And it is kinda like snake......And I believe the creator was inspired by snake.

I suggest badges of half of the game done, all of the game done, and all of the ame done flawless. Other than the flaw of no badges, it's a great game!

that first sentence is the one that made me most amused by clicking this game evry game should have an first sentence like that if the developer wants it to be played + if u agree

If your reflexes are fast, it's a great game! A couple of times, I've had close calls only to be able to ninja my way out of there... so much fun!!

This is a really great game, in my opinion - the Ouroboros-style play is fairly unique, as few other games use it (aside from Ouroboros, of course). However, I feel that the snake is far too long on later levels to reasonably avoid all the enemies, thus disallowing the obtainment of Flawless results on most levels after 9. Make the snake a bit shorter overall, and this game will be worth a 5/5 mark; for now, though, it's a 4/5.

I feel like the game was a bit easier than it should have been. Regardless, it was fun and enjoyable. It is a good length for what it is. Also, I enjoyed the quotes before each level.

Also, why does the very tip of the tail (aka the smallest segment) have the same size hitbox as your head? Makes it very difficult to dodge when your length increases.

You need to note somewhere that failure to collect a bit of sunlight will remove one of the bits you already collected.
