Love this game. When I ascended though I kept all my cards in play? They should definitely be reset (perhaps this is a bug). Also the benefits to ascending should be higher and there should be more things you can spend you gems on for universal buffs. Take away is the game and concept is A+++++. Keep up the great work and you have a winner on your hands.

@Ponteaus Color-coding for Orcs most likely work (haven't tested it) because orcs boost iron production and investor dogs produce wood. the orc just isn't boosting the investor dog, you're dumb

Just started playing, but I'm enjoying things so far. I'm only in Haunted Woods, so I haven't seen all of the card functions the game has to offer, but if it's not there already I would love to see cards that affect opposite borders. In other words, cards on the bottom row that affect the top row or cards on the left column that affect the right column. Essentially make cards that wordwrap their effects or count as adjacent to the opposite side of the grid.

I'd like to report to Fordesoft that Werewolf doesn't seem to correctly show the boost of shaman in Underworld (it's not highlited)

When you put 2 or 4 or 6 cards of the same kind next to each other, they should fuse to make a big card, this enhances combinations you can make! gg

the bottom info bar could show the name of the card as well when the cursor is across the card. in the same time you can save some length using letter 's' instead of the short 'sec'. and just a little smaller letters there.

Evolutions. You collect say 100 ghouls.. then they fuse into something higher and stuff... or maybe add like race bonuses idk man . Just trying to give you ideas.. this game is fantastic .

When I try to do the achievement for buying 100,000 5 card packs, it doesn't let me buy 100,000 but it lets me buy max. I had 3 million coins and bought max of the 200 coin packs but it didn't give me the achievement.

Color-coding for Orc card doesn't work. I have four pairs of Investor Dogs and Orcs, and none of the dogs are being highlighted by the Orcs

I know it tells you the percentage towards the next gem during ascension, but I would love if it would tell me how much literal time that would take. Would this be able to be implemented in the next update?

@Aester What do you mean by HTML source? If you mean he should block the browser's dev tools, that's not really possible.

ToadTods' idea of a hide button would be great. maybe place a 'hide' button next to the upgrade button when a card is selected, if that spot isn't used later in the game.

You are doing a great job Forde! As a player I want to thank your interest and dedication to your new game. I would like to see the option of quickly placing many of the same card. Holding shift and clicking each tile or whatever coding requires!

Really like the game. One of the things I would like is more things in the Ascension Shop. I already maxed off-line time and now have teh gems just sitting there.

Can we have FAVORITE LIST on the sort ? Instead of sort-by-this-category, it just listed my 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. favorite cards on top. That way I just stare and my few chosen cards and ignore the rest. (Despair of hard work ignored from developer are not included)

I love the idea of this game, but progression feels too slow between the time you can afford the largest packs and the next expansion.
I know it's an idle game, but taking almost an entire day to get enough resources for the third expansion is too much. I think the cost for either the expansion or card upgrades should be reduced.

There should be a option to see only base production of everything so people can compare layouts easier without calculating the levels gems and whatever buffs the game would have

@Dopamine0 That's actually good balance: investors let you raise your wood amount quickly so after a while you can go full iron and not run out of wood in a few hours. Alternating between all-wood and all-iron setups works better than producing both at the same time.

Investor implings are too strong for part 2. It doesn't take very long at all to get to the 60k required to max them out, and then they just beat everything else. The crabs enabled by the shrooms only get to 15. Why would I use that (also sacrificing a slot to shrooms) when I could just throw investor implings (a tier 1 instead of 2) down and a couple row/column boosters to jump up to 2k+ really easily?
Really neat game overall by the way!

Is there a forum or something like that where people can post setups? Would be a nice little thing to keep people engaged and to make your game "a bigger part of their lives" - I'd have some build-ideas to share with "catchy names" if you worry about nobody being interested in the idea :P Regards from another Dev who had a similar game as a currently private WIP and now has to change his concept :P :)

I just tested it on haunted woods and kept my board also, I don't have underworld as I restarted yesterday but it looks like its effecting all realms

Currently there is a bug with Intro Realm, when you ascend you lose all your other cards, but keep your active board and your income.

I think ascension is broken. I didn't have to unlock all the card slots again, all I had to do was start buying again. First ascension, Intro World. Kept my current cards in place, meaning I could just leave it going.

Great basic idea but the slowness of the game and lack of upgrades on what to spend blue squares is what's killing the game. You might as well wait for a miracle if you are waiting for X2 multiplier (20 blue squares):
Also more sorting options would be nice. Hiding individual cards or group of cards (like cards that produce only certain resource (per resource) or pure booster cards etc) would be nice.

FLICKERING IMAGES HOT FIX: Use CTRL+SHIFT+J in Chrome and click on Network, then make sure to UN-tick "Disable Cache". The game tries to load gold.png ~10x per second, for no clear reason. Developer should be able to fix it so it only loads once.

I think there should be a way for you to know if you have gotten all the cards in a tier. Maybe something like a collection and how many times you have gotten the card.

I'm enjoying the midgame of each realm way more than the late game, when the board collapses to a 'final' build. I wish there was some sort of system for the board to evolve. Like a board upgrade system where spots semi-randomly gain various bonuses (not a system where we could 100% determine which spaces gain which bonuses). Would incentivize creative setups even in the late game.

@silvadel: You are right for world 2. But in world 3 it depends of how many gems you want to invest to upgrade your cards. Tier 3 cards scale better so if you want to use a lot of gem you can upgrade gwen, oasis, iron cat and fishery. If you want to save gems upgrading only ruins is the best choice, and you can produce all 3 resources at once without losing productivity.
