Actually it is important not to try for everything at once in worlds 2 and 3. If you are getting every resource, you aren't optimal. Just get wood for a while on world 2 then save your layout and just do iron. On world 3 it ends up being just getting skulls and getting the other 2 at the same time.

Thariel, maybe your card consumes more wood than what you have, in that case it won't be possible to use it. By the way, these are the best layouts I found for the first 2 zones:

Progress is mind numbingly slow, ascension really doesn't help. Still haven't unlocked 3rd card set, 4h offline timer is unnecessarily punitive, no reason for adding one resource on 2nd set to cost the other (again, unnecessarily punitive) -- Neat idea, cool executive, too many major downsides

Re: resolution, I don't know what kind of garbage laptops people are using, but laptops made in the last 10 years usually support 1920x1080 resolution.

Suggestion : make the stars of Tier 2 cards golden, so we can distinguish them at a glance. If more Tiers are planned, a bronze-silver-gold color scheme also works.

I've got the same problem as StellarSirius now. Negative progress to next gem, 0 gems on ascension (maybe because of getting into the 2-digit-range of gems received?).

protip: hold the CTRL key and use your mousewheel to change the size of a window's contents. You can resize any game how you want.

dont use such a tiny resolution. this isnt 1990, peoples screens are much larger and this tiny window gets hard to read and cluttered very fast. at minimum you should be using 720p
I asked people here a little while ago, and many responses told me the opposite. Many laptop users PM'd me saying some increase in width would be fine, but that the height is close to the maximum of what they can display. I'd really like to make the game window bigger, but I don't want to ruin the game for those laptop users.

I feel card upgrades from gems shouldn't add to the card combining upgrade cost.
That should be balanced by requiring more more gems using something like a linear equation for gems.
They should be separate ways to upgrade the cards.

Was it a recend ninja-nerf to ascending numbers? I could get 20 gems for ascending , now i can ascend for 7 gems only.

I think that it would be nice if there was a place besides the cards to see the level, or there was some sort of shadow or something under to make it more obvious, that it not the upgrade menu but more convenient, since on some of the cards it can be difficult to see the level.

Bug - Dragging a card currently on the board, and then returning it to the same square, causes the quantity of the card to reduce by 1, essentially "destroying" a card.

Bug report: I have "progress to next gem: -149%" and the bar is fully green and "Ascend for 0", when is was "Ascend for 2" a few hours back, without me ascending.

Suggestion: Could we have an option to delete layouts? Just seems kinda redundant to be stuck with a bunch of layouts that only have like, one card difference because I happened to get a better card for one slot

I'm getting a bug on gems, when I go into the ascend screen where it says you will receive .. I only have the picture of a gem and there is no subscript number of gems. I have ascended once so I know what i'm doing but I've never seen a number down there.

Does upgrading with gems count as "normal upgrade" ie do you need *10 cards for the next update ? Don't want to lose gems while trying...

Hi Forde, I've got a request: in the shop, could you either make the distance between the "Buy max" checkbox and the Card Pack below greater (e.g. by displaying the cards a bit lower or rearranging the Checkbox to the left of the Buy X field), or make the checkboxes of the card packs the same size as their image? More than once I spent my night's savings on mediocre card packs. Other than that: great game, thanks for updating it so much and keep up the good work.

Put an option to disable the buy animation, the animation kills mass buying. Also, Esc for closing windows / an X in top right (closing by clicking OK - not even at the bottom - is annoying AF)
