Steam version will be out in 1-2 weeks. Go here if you want to wishlist it, which will have Steam send you an e-mail the minute it releases:

Magic: if your magic is higher than theirs, you'll do extra damage each round equal to the difference. Example: Hero's magic is 5 and Monster's magic is 3 = the Hero deals 2 extra damage every round, in addition to the base attack-defense damage.

@nyancat1996 -
Refunding gems would be extremely abusable...
Step 1) Spend all the gems on upgrades. Step 2) Farm until you can buy tons of that card in a few hours or less. Step 3) Refund the gems, rebuy the levels through cards. 4) Repeat until you become god.

yknow, refunding cards levels is col, but not getting back my gems isn't :P though I'd also like to say that it makes sense. I understand why it is like this, but still want my gems lol

What the heck does Mace do? It's not increasing GPS. I don't get it.. what's the point? Why is there no description for each card and the meaning of it?

I like the Plains of War expansion but I also like goblins xD
Would be cool if you could set it up to where goblins winning battles grants you different resources; something the "good guys" can't or won't use. Would allow you to set up boards for playing as either good or evil and getting corresponding rewards based on how you play.
Perhaps a thought for future expansions :)

wow 4 hours is the maximum away time for Rewards? Howabout at least 12 or 24? This game still isn't any better than when I left 3 weeks ago

Underworld: Gwen, Oasis, Hideaway = 1X ether and feathers; iron cats, fisheries, dead fish = 2X skulls. Two good setups that balance each other nicely.
This will happen if it's a card that consumes resources and you don't have enough of that resource. Example: if the card says -5 wood/sec, the card will pop off of the grid once you no longer have 5 wood to consume.

Can you implement some sort of tally to indicate how many gems we've mined from an area and what the cap on gems is? Getting the "You've gotten all the gems from this area" seemingly abruptly made me think it was a bug.

@Syrialia, that bug at unlock card slots make me crazy but i find a solution: just click in the words "unlock card slot" =)=)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Since PoW has been introduced, unlocking card slots is not working properly for me. I usually can't unlock slots by the time I have the needed resources, clicking does nothing for up to ~10-15 secs after I have the needed resources, sometimes a bit faster. The resources it uses once it finally works are subtracted correctly then. Using Opera if that matters.

Some mechanics don't work, where it seems like they should. Need to fix descriptions or mechanics... ex. iron cat not effected by ruins.

Can be added an option for disable the pack opening giving direct the cards ? Killing the cpu, just for that animation

BUG : Ascension in Haunted Woods and Underworld are glitched. It just shows the values of the previously selected area so it's impossible to know how many gems it will give on ascension
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ascension in PoW is seriously bugged right now. No cards lost, the gems gained do not improve the drop rate of monsters, and stats of heroes, boosts and maybe even monsters (not 100% sure about monsters) are all over the place.
Until I ascended, everything was just going smoothly. Thank you.

might i suggest changing the font color to black. it's near impossible to read the white colored text which is in front of a light/white background

There are a lot of cards which is way more inferior to others .. I can understand your idea these cards are easily attainable so that can upgrade to compare with others but if I choose invest in particular cards, others become redundtant .
I want to add the recycle option ... So players can choose between sacrificicing all the lower cards to have more material buying new ones or keeping it to wait for a new level

After an ascension in Plains of War gem bonuses are not applied to to the loot. Earned values and "est" displayed the same amounts as it was before ascension. Monsters and heroes stats in decriptions looks affected by gem bonuses, but numbers at the game area (HP and damage) are not affected. All this only confusing.

Plains of War is really slow. Tried to buy max (maybe 3 or 4 was the actual max) on plains of war "war pack XL", lost the resources but never got any cards. Previous day's buy max on big pack took 10-20 seconds but I did get cards.

Great game. One of the very few idle games where you do not just wait/click but has very interesting puzzle component in it. I enjoy thinking about possible card combinations and seeking the best one.

T1 Setup for PoW:
Boni: Monsters-Chests, Heroes-Mana Porition.
DO NOT upgrade monsters, this is useless due to increased HP.
for Gold -> Spider+Rouge(min. lvl2)
for wood -> Scarecrow+Viking(min. lvl2)
from there on its a waiting game.

The concept of Plains of War is pretty cool, but it sucks that placement doesn't matter anymore by making it completely static where you can place each card type and not having any horisontal or diagonal synergies.
Would be cool if some monsters and heroes had cleave or splash which hits adjacant cards and maybe boss cards that make nearby monsters stronger, but give greater loot. Some buff cards could also give buff to the monster/hero to its right or left too.
If not changing the whole expansion it would be nice to see more synergies in whatever you have planned next since straight lines remove some of the strategies of the other expansions!
That's planned for the next battle realm, but I wanted to keep it somewhat simple for now because of the large learning curve with all of the new mechanics. Think of it like the difference between Intro Realm and Haunted Woods: there was a lot to learn when you first started playing the game in general, so if we'd started off right with Haunted Woods instead of Intro Realm, things would have been a bit much. ;)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you should change the ascensions... they should only give permanent boni instead of upgrading cards... which only gives you a quick boni for one world
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
dont like the new mechanics, here is why: if you upgrade the goblin first, the swordsman becomes useless. Upgrading monsters is useless, due to their increased stats. Only upgrading heroes really provides you with more money. You are really restricted on how to place your cards.

unlocked PoW tier3 this morning, tried a bit. ambivalent feelings. first of all this realm is so unique, you've really done something, hats off. but as new things usually are it's so full of glitches. totally unbalanced and botched in many respects, moreover it is made slow on purpose in order to give time the dev to work out the next realm. not enjoyable at all, no. and the next realm will be botched as well if the dev do not think it over and over and over again. end of december is coming, i'm just saying...

The lag at PoW makes it almost unplayable when trying to compare cards to see your best gold/second setup. Very disappointing, I was excited to try the new mechanics but it looks like I'll have to wait for an optimization update or something first.

All the best builds for Tier 1/2/3 of the first 3 worlds, for wood & iron. Remember card levels have an impact and your best may vary a bit depending on that, but they're gonna be good baselines to work off of for anyone having trouble.

Most idle games have a "first realm" of sorts that you beat in a matter of hours. As more content is added, it gets more grindy.

Ascension window for Haunted Woods and Underworld seems to be broken - graphics incomplete and no or incomplete calculation of gems ...

this game looks super fun but it seems too slow to me. I've been playing for hours and havent got enough money to ascend. Maybe i'm just bad at the game, but probably not.
Ascending is a very late-game thing, generally done after you've already conquered an expansion and moved onto the next. I'm sure you'll find the game is much faster than most idle games, as you can beat the entire first realm in a matter of hours.

it would be nice if hovering over a card on a field would show the actual amount with all bonuses/penalties that the card gives
