mmm how about the abilt to create a new wall and make it so that the small blobs appear on the side we want ( they have to move randomly for 22 horizontal square to find a single resource )
I've thought about the ability to create walls, but it wouldn't be very useful as there are not many enemies underground yet, and it would create pathfinding problems to deal with. So I'm not sure it worthes it. Maybe (surely) for a sequel with more buildings.

I am unsure since It's still on the 1.30 version, but if it hasnt been done, can you make it so that when you are in the lair, you can disable an area ? in other words Ive cleaned a lot of space, but the bugs stay there......

Clicking the second exit brings me to the first area, when i reenter the nest they appear at this exit aswell. dont think that is suppose to happen is it?
I don't understand why. So many problems here with HTML5 games ! If you cannot play it but still want to, you can find it on some other similar website.

well no matter how many times i cleared my cache it never got to v1.35 had half my bugs wandering around aimless lee not returning with food almost never responding to the pharamone and only spawning on the first hive map any purchase made on any other map is only a waste. seems like a good idea but too buggy for a bug game to want to play
Latest version is 1.4. If clearing your cache does not work there is nothing more you can do. I've contacted Kong's support to report these problems but some devs seem to report similar problems with HTML5 games since years so I don't think that it will be solved for this game.

update: looks like it might be a problem with the first nesting area, both sub and regular imago spawn in the second nesting area. but the 2 nests for subs in the first nesting area still wont spawn

Why do the workers leave a trail to to something interesting but never go back themselves? At the least once they find a food source they should keep going back until they are directed off by a new trail or the cloud or the food/material is gone.
Yes workers go back after returning something, and they follow they own trails. Sometimes they lose their way, but that's how things work best (like IRL ants) because that's also how they discover new path or items. I've tried to reproduce IRL ants behavior so that I don't have to use much pathfinding with numerous units and minimum AI and that it is working quite well I think, just keep in mind that like with ants, it works better with more units.

Great concept. enjoyable start. still major issues once you get into the game. 2nd and 3rd level workers not respawning. 2/5 until it is fixed and updated. you really shouldnt release early versions with so many issues, you lose potential fans early

I wouldn't mind how slow they move if they would just get to a food or materiel area and actually collect instead of bouncing off all the damn time. To be honest that is the most frustrating thing and until that is fixed I just can't see playing and spending time or giving this game a high rating.

List of Bugs:
- Save issues
- Dead workers keep moving / dragging food etc.
- Dead hostiles keep killing your bugs
- Biggest Larves are not hatching
- Workers choose their dropping area/hole randomly (sometimes they run across the whole map)
- Some dirt tiles can't be collected
And last but not least: My Version seems to be 1.40, even if the developer only announced 1.30
Thanks, that would be very useful if players would not be playing different versions making bugtracking a nightmare.
Lastest version is the one displayed in the instructions panel (I don't publish news for every update in order not to spam the notifications).
If you're still encountering problems after a game-breaking bug fixing update (before 1.4), make sure to start a game from a new save.
There is no spawning issue in 1.40 anymore, I think you were playing an updated game but with still some old files in the cache. Next build will have the cache version displayed too so that it does not happen anymore.

The game is interesting, really enjoyable, thank you for that.
Unfortunately the save is not working: if you refresh the page the main menu offers only start game, there is no continue... Please give feedback when it will have the save feature working. (Firefox, game version V.130)
Because of the problems I met, I don't think I'll update this game here anymore after a stable version as been released. I rather suggest you to find it elsewhere and play it there.
What the... This should only appear if the game has been stolen on another website than Kong or Newgrounds. Are you playing it in a browser ? Can you give me more detail via PM ?

Menu seems broken in Chrome. I reloaded the page, thinking maybe there was an update cause I couldn't move to second level, and my 3rd level larva never hatched after 8 hours. Now I can't click anything on the menu.

You might want to test your game in ALL major browsers, before releasing it ... Completly broken ( as in can't click anything ) in Firefox, IE 11 ... 1/5

Thought this was starting to save, but I've lost everything again... I'm using Firefox and have everything up to date, this game is interesting but if it won't save I can't play as Flash slowdown makes regular refreshes essential else Firefox stops responding.
Yes it seem that some players are switching randomly between different versions. Sorry can't do much about that, I've already contacted Kong's support.

A good game but still some bug : The imagos don't respawn. The subimagos respawn only if you have a subimago nest (i have 3 of them before the second area under earth and i have to buy a subimago nest to respawn all of my subimago). And the third bug is that dead armadillo can kill all my worker that come to extract the chitin and other things :s I'm at V.130

Pretty title screen, but with out any interactive elements (like picture of a start button taking you to game) it's just a picture uploaded to kong, it's a pretty pic I suppose so I can give at least 1 star for that! :)

since we all have to restart from scratch here on kongregate anyway, why not just post the new version as a new game/page.
Then your not playing latest version. It seems that Kongregate has not published my update yet, there's nothing much to do beside to wait (or see somewhere else). Sorry, I can't do much about that. :(
