Maybe im an idiot, but i dont get how the combos work. its not so many before you get hit, its not hitting only one kind, its not keeping up your tension bar. I dont know how to get high combos, highest ive gotten is 62.

i was very surprised when all the levels were really easy, then on the 5th level of any episode, the bossman could suddenly kill you in like, 5 hits, and i had max health too!

Simple guide: Get multi-laser main weapon with missile wingmen. Buy the 3 kinds of Cash cards after the first level so you can afford max upgrades for you weapons right away. Then buy the More Purple card, the card that grants power-ups when tension bar reaches max, and maybe the card that makes every Special grant a time freeze. To get the 50x or 100x multiplier feats, just scrape as much as you can. It works especially well on bosses that shoot huge loads of bullets. Find a spot where you can stay in one spot, close to the bullet paths without getting hit.

for survival i find pretty useful this combo: fast ship, maximized spread weapon, level 4(NOT max) rockets, "kamikaze", "commander" and "courtesy ship" card
i haven't however tried with lasers, so that's up to yourselves :P

Just go near it without it actually hitting your ship and the same colour lasery-bits will fly out the other side of your ship. The tension bar should go up too.

It would be really nice if it auto paused when the cursor leaves the frame. I've died so many times by accidentally dragging the mouse too far. :/

for survival: use last ship, upgrade classic gun full, lazer wingmen, "kamikaze" (red), "commander" (red), "solar panel" (red). Should have enough money for all that coming into shop first time. Also, get lots of close range kills in the coin-gathering bit. I had x43 going into the shop :) Pretty easy after that to reach 10mil

if the guy ever decides to make an extreme update, or a part 3. he should have a super expensive upgrade or an unlockable addon where coins bounce off the edges of the screen instead of disapearing. 1 too many times have beloved 100's fallen off the sides towards the top of the screen. :(... so there's just an idea. if you decide to implement, I'd like credit for it. TY
