It's a great game: In-game achievements, great music and unlockables. But I strongly recommon to make a save system, because otherwise, your achievements and Unlockable's aren't saved. I would really love to see that! (+ if you do too!)

A tip that makes geting high scores and acheivements faster. Use arcade mode since it only gives upgrades while playing making and it upgrades firepower when prociding through levels, you wont have to worry about getting money. besides, its easier even on frantic.
Also, when the beamy laser ships come, stay near thei laser and "grind" it.

Under rating threshold (hideshow) Some quick tips: You can get x100 multiplier in an easier difficulty setting. This opens up the final ship which might help with completing Frantic mode. Once into Survival mode, take both +20% powerups from the shop (Kamikaze and Commander) as their drawbacks have no effect in Survival mode. Finally, remember enemies don't hurt you, only bullets do.

When I am playing Frantic mode, episode 1, level 4... the game crashes everytime I use the special weapon. Known bug or problem, or is it only me?
Happened 3 times in a row by the way, so it's kind of annoying...

lol at the end of each boss battle at the last level of an episode you kill a boss and your like :O moneyyy and then you cant spend it

I've never played a Danmaku in my life until I played this game; I found it a pretty excellent introduction to the genre, and I think the author did a BEAUTIFUL job programming all the bullet geometric functions! (I kept saying to myself "Ahaha I see how he did this, nice" XD) Five stars. Also, Intense mode was finally what brought me down; I got up to I think... stage 3 or 4 on Level Set 3 and the boss killed me. I felt challenged and thrilled, and I only have the greatest compliments of all for any game that has that effect on me. Five stars forever. :3

ummm is anyone else having trouble with the Solar Panels feat? its shows as ungained in the screen, my stats says 12 seconds, and the card is gray on upgrade screen.... BUT i can still buy the card???... im okay in THAT regard, but tell me this, if it means to scrape lasers CONTINUOULSY for 30 seconds..... HOW THE HELL? i dont think any one laser is ever on the screen for 30 seconds!

The difficulty ramp should be steeper skill-wise, rather than giving you less chances. Frantic mode only gives you one life, yes, but it's about as easy to dodge the bullets as the other difficulties.

Just made 34.3m on Survival mode. Wave shot with Laser wingmen did the job. Courtesy ship was mandatory and both Kamikaze and Commander upgrades helped a lot. In bonus stage, try to stay near the middle and aim for the 1k coins. I hope this was helpful! By the way, 5/5 for Frantic 2, it's an awesome game.
