This game is a reallly fun game only i wish it had a variety of music for the levels and not the same one for all the lvls (not including the bosses) otherwise...good game 5/5

This game is like Touhou on easy, but with worse music.
Really, the only part of this game that wasnt taken from Touhou was the upgrades. And those were pretty cool :D.
Seriously though, this game got kinda boring after playing Touhou. 2/5.

This game is one of da best on Kongregate. It also has the most difficulties. But frantic is the best. Im also 67th on frantic bosses all time.

FINALLY after like a week I finally got all 14 feats... last to get was the combo one (ironicly it's the first in the list), but eventually I got it by doing episode 3 Level 4 on easy.

Sooooo close to beating last boss on frantic mode. I had already lost 1 life in the preveous level, so i only had 1 left for the fight, and i almost had him. DAAAARRRNIIIIIT! I was using the topmost ship choice. great game. I couldnt even see my ship with all the enemy fire all around me. lol. 5/5

i know everyone else is saying it but...WHY doesnt it have a save button..this is the game where its plain logicks to have one...but very good game

4/5 Very good and addicting game, should have a SAVE BUTTON though :/ But it does not make it less awesome, just more frustrating xD Great Game, if it continues to get better and better like from Frantic 1 to Frantic 2, then FRANTIC III ITS GOING TO BE SOOO AWESOME!!

There needs to be a save function, or something so you can start a level over if you fail. It sucks being on the final boss of an episode in frantic mode and failing, and then having to do the entire episode over again.

Something is wrong with this game. It frequently lags and causes my ship to keep going in whichever direction it was going. Even if I simply tapped the key to move slightly to the left. It's weird that I can run games with 3D graphics and more bullets at a consistent 60 fps but this slows down a lot.

ive tried it at least 50 times by now and even with the ultimate ship i cannot beat episode 1 in frantic mode. first death at 2nd level end boss, unavoidable. 2nd death at 3rd level boss or even before that --> game over.
cannot even unlock the god damn survival mode and since thats the final feat for me im not getting any of the 2 hard badges until i get this done T_T bullshit

Should make some sort of weapon which has piercing bullets and an upgrade which allows you to deploy a shield instead of your superweapon.

@ Mr Control, Scraping is done when your ship gets close to an enemy projectile, but not touch the hitbox of your ship; your ship will begin emiting a colored (color of the projectile you choose to 'scrape") circle of sorts; you are now scraping. Scraping fills the blue bar next to your health, doing so increases your multiplier.

To get combos you need to kill enemies in quick succession. Easiest way to get the 70-combo feat is to do the third episode on about medium, and max out electric aura wingmen. On the last level there's a sequence where enemies enter and leave to make two square shapes worth of ships. When that happens, lodge yourself just left of the bottom middle, in the rightmost corner of the left box. Your wingmen will tear through most of them. Then use your special attack to devastate everything that's left all at once. Enemies killed by specials DO count towards combos. Do this and you'll get a 100+ combo without much difficulty.
