One of the very few games that actually deserves a 5 star ranking. The sequel added some nice features to the already very fun formula of Frantic 1 - feats, bullet scrapping, survival mode. Very good job. This is the way a game should be made.

Very buggy. Froze about 1 minute into it. Started a new game, froze when starting the actual game.
But hey, i had to keep refeshing the ads so i guess it's all good. Not ready for badges.

Haha! 13th place for the month on Episode 2 Frantic Mode. You all-timers scare me though.
I'm amazed that Etterra has the gall to act bored when he has no intention of liking this game in the first place.

This is a very worthy sequel to the original Frantic. In my opinion, the main downside with Frantic 1 was the level design, and it was vastly improved in this game. Other improvements come with the music, and even the minor improvements like a hitbox display, mono-color bullets, and no screen are very welcome improvements.
Still, a couple of nitpicks. My main one is that I would like to be able to choose my own starting weapon, and this is a big issue in the alternate modes when your weapon is locked to your ship choice. Second, the game still slows down when the action gets really hectic, although again, it's an improvement over the first game. Finally, it seems like the API isn't reporting the total kill or episode completed stats if you played this game before it got badges, so I have to play through the episodes again.
Overall, a great Flash game, and probably the best Flash shooter I've seen. I'll definitely be on the lookout for Frantic 3 if you decide to make it.

Oh goodie... now we get badges that are little more than grind-fests. Seriously, this game just doesn't pose half a challenge to me, and there's very little new from the last game, how did this get badges???

I like how it got badges now, and I like the choices. I'd still like to see a possible impossible badge for score in survival, but it's not up to me. I think this was a great followup game to Frantic.
