I can't figure out what the heck 'scraping' is, and how you're meant to do it. Can any1 advise? Coz I really really wanna scrape!!!

So this game breaks if, while a boss is exploding, you pause and then hit "p". This bug was experienced the hard way...

As a fan of Frantic one and two, I think this one is a little rough around the edges. However, with a few modifications and a few bug fixes, I could see this game being just as good. My number one problem with this game is the confusing scraping range. How far can you scrape without getting hit? Thanks again and keep up the good work.

ProTip: If you want to get those "Unharmed" rankings, then stack the "Emergency Device" accessory. It nullifies all bullets around your ship and will give you the room you need to maneuver out. There is about a 8 second recharge delay, but you can use this technique as often as required within the level.

Gamplay: I find the scoring system iffy after playing for awhile. The bullet canceling plays a huge role in some of the bosses; in 1-3 I am able to get over 6 million as long as the bullets cancel at the right time for me to milk them coins. The bullets cancel when the timer runs out or when you completed a 'phase' of the boss. What made it somewhat iffy was the inconsistency of the timer which ruined some good runs(unless somehow this timer was different on other ships/modifier system, but that wouldn't be wise), how less control you've in completing the phase in time because of the auto-fire and lack of instantaneous burst damage. =/
Bug: - Somehow unlocked bonus stage in area 3?

I'm confused. I played what I thought was the Frantic 3 beta on Polymer Rabbit's website, and that game, while repetitive, still seemed in most respects superior to this one. More and better levels, more choices, unlocks from achievements, etc. Why the massive change?

In the stats screen, achievement names are wrong. Oops rank 1: get destroyed 5 times, Oops rank 2: get destroyed 10 times, and Oops rank 1 (1 again ?) : get destroyed 20 times

Why do bullets spawn in the middle of nowhere without warning? On most stages this is still fine, but on area 5 stage 3 boss it really gets ridiculous. Instead of spawning from the boss or from the sides, they spawn all over the place, forcing you to memorize the spawn spots from repeated trial and error instead of letting you succeed the first time.

i think it should say how much cash you have next to the shop button, so i dont have to go into the shop to actually see it.

Always liked the Frantic Bullet Hell series; although there are a some kinks to fix out here and there. Moving diagonal in keyboard mode (left & up arrow key ie.) is far too fast; probably fixable using the Pythagorean theorem. Also some of the bonus stages took time to unlock even though the requirements were met, which was odd.

Is anyone else having a problem with the debris collectors? Mind you, i only have three at the moment, but i don't seem to be getting anything for scraping from having them

3/5 While it is a very smooth bullet hell with a reasonable finish it is lacking when compared to the previous games of the series.

while this game has definitely better graphics than the previous two installments, it feels like other aspects have gon down... specially difficulty, I'm playing in what's supposed to be the hardest mods (kamikaze and faster bullets), and the bonus levels are the only ones that feel like an actual challenge (and I keep dying because I forget the middle of the screen is a kill zone in the first area's bonus boss)

@axerer: rather than drop large amounts of money, killing the boss turns all his bullets into coins, so try using your secondary weapon to time the kill right when there are the most bullets on screen.

Spawning bullets in the middle of the screen without warning? That's not cool. At least give a little glow where the bullets will be coming from.
