is there suppose to be a problem where when you finish your secondary fire there's a brief pause before you can move again? I'm pretty much unable to use my secondary fire while fighting bosses, because it freezes my ship and I get hit

i gave up on 25 / 30 levels, i play audiosurf on hardcore and stuff, but this is kinda strange. Never liked schmups in flash games, its kinda dodgy

The first boss is a great early fix for coins. Equip three magnets, three debris collectors and up to five level 1 missiles (any more and you'll do too much damage). Just dodge the first few arcs and the sprays of fast green bullets; when he starts spraying long, slow streams of red bullets, sit and scrape the first few. When he starts spraying them up from the corners, wait till he also sprays some down, then unload your secondary. The scraping will net you plenty of coins and the remaining streams will convert to coins for another great chunk of change. Three or more missiles equipped will let you flat-out kill the boss with secondary from there. I usually net about 30k coins per trip.

My impossible badge setup: Inceptor, 1 rocket, 8 particle. 3 boss, 3 secondary boost, 1 energy absorbtion. Used all energy at first stage of the boss, just dodged second first and second pattern on stage 2, then moved to the "6" in stage 6 (bottom left corner). After third pattern, unleashed all my energy again (almost full at this point) and that's it. Spent some at this, but not that hard once you've figured it out

Follow your own stretegy. Bomber with 8 Shockwave, 3 Power Booster, 3 Absortion Panels and 3 Advanced Targeting made the last boss really easy for me. You can almost kill off it's 1st pattern before the 1st bullet gets near you, then scrape the 2nd patter to recover energy, and use it to kill the 2nd and 3rd patterns easily. The same setup changing some Shockwaves for Cannons works really well on A5B2, and in all A4.
