The realism is non-existant. Sorry to have to say that.
Examples are: pathetic physics, no burning up in the atmosphere, strange build for a copper mine (on the moon!?), anti-gravity coil (need I explain?).
The story is... not written very well ("And so you are lucky to find an old jetpack")
The so-called "unpredictable maddness", is, in fact, very predictable, and only "mad" through the aforementioned lack of realism.
"Repetetive", "Unoriginal" and "No save" are valid complaints which other people have already mentioned.
On a positive note, you seem to have implemented what you wanted without any critical errors, a feat which the infamous programmers of Microsoft have yet to master, and the music and graphics are, in all honesty, better than any I could make.
Rated: A-2/5.
Please put more time and effort into a game.

PS: The jetpack looks like two litre bottles taped to an overly large cereal box. The anti-gravity coil look like a spring from a giant clock which I imagine is duct taped to this device when you get it.

Allwood is a retard.... the lag is on his side.... @Dalmighty... It does matter, this is a flash game based off of a basic physics engine, and there's a lot of room for improvement there. @Creator is there a set value for the money power-up... or are you just going to keep us guessing? I hate flight simulators that are this simple, there's no "difficulty" where you can win at level 1, but you'd have to be a helluva gamer. Mabey if you did that, I'd rate better, but they physics, graphics, and idea all tied together get this a 2/5 and make it feel like a shitty replica of Hedgehog Launch

gravity would increase. because there is mass above you when you start flying. not all the mass wants to hold you to the core of the moon. it would start to decrease when you pass the surface of the moon.

my keyboard seems limited in so far as it won't recognise more than 2 key presses. Means I can't use anti-grav and be going straight up!! Fun time waster though :)

Everytime I activate the anti-gravity coil, I lose control over the thrusters causing me to bang into a wall which results in not enough speed to escape. So basically it's impossible to finish this game for me and yes, I have all upgrades.

By far the best premise and control scheme for a game of this genre. Could be a bit more polished and responsive but so far it seems fun.

Not sure if it's my laptop, but I can only use antgravity with a single jet (left or right) so I'm having a hard time getting past 540m.

You can't win without getting all steering? I hit some sort of invisible barrier with anti-grav, half my fuel, and no bumps.

eclecto ur a nerd it makes a game this way that way would take so long at the begining and to easy at the end this is perfect. 4/5 more upgrades and maybe better graohics at the end

A good game. It's fun. Not much replay value, though. Achievements would be good, and more variety of upgrades. A solid 4/5 stars.

it was pretty fun for a short game and to all those that say its not realistic you are stupid... just look at the story and you should know not to expect realistic game play...also noticed alot of misspelling on the upgrade screen and such...spell check next time haha ;)

Haha, you all fail at gravitational physics. If you're INSIDE a celestial body, the net gravitational force it exerts on you decreases depending on how far you are below the surface. If you were at the exact center of a planet, the gravity would be zero. So yes, the increasing gravity makes perfect sense. If you don't believe me, check out the mathematical proof: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shell_theorem

Needs an option to switch controls, this is counterintuitive to me. I want the right arrow to control teh right nozzle and the left arrow the left, which makes me turn when I release a key.

anyone will talk about the unbeliavle lag??? I know is not my computer, I have a fast computer and a fast connection...so reair it please, as I said, is near impossible to don't hit the walls with that huge lag...

Pretty fun, but the steering upgrades seem to actually make escape more difficult at the maximum levels. I found myself over-correcting way too much with the max steering, but doing perfect with a couple of levels lower. Upgrades shouldn't hurt you.
