Matoeu, just because it has bad graphics does not mean it is a bad game. They made this game to look like old RPG games like Final Fantasy for the SNES/NES. It's a very good and well put together game. Funny storyline too.

Fun game, and some great parody of RPG tropes. Could use some interface simplification, though -- replace the 'enter' key with mouse-clicks, then I'd give it a 5.

XD It's hilarious! They make everything so obvious, and somehow fit it into the game. The characters talk to each other and have no idea what they're really saying...Oh, great game, lots of fun.

Sorry, bored after 30 minutes of trying to adjust to the gameplay. Nostalgia is all well and good, but you might consider a somewhat more readable font and a little faster pacing.

Guilt trip in the options menu is funny. "This turns off the beautiful music that PseudoLoneWolf composed all by himself off if you can't stand it because its not got enough electric guitars in it."

I really liked the concept of this game, and the action commands were a great idea to add in. Even though I found it more fun to play the fantastical and older versions of Mardek and Deugan, this still was very enjoyable. The art is great, by the way! However, I did have a complaint or two. First off, there was quite a lack of gameplay, but this can be forgiven, since this was only the prologue. My second complaint is the oddness of the Science Fiction part of the storyline. I know it will all be great in the end, but I definately couldn't feel attached to Roholph as I would have liked to. The Aliens were very confusing to go along with as well. The eccentric personalities were hard to follow in text, and they seemed a bit... wierd, i guess. Other then that, it was creative, clever, and made way for an exceptional sequel, I might add. (I'm not quite done playing the second chapter!) I give it a 4/5!

Dying the first time, there was no way to interact with the "Main Menu" button, so I reloaded the page. Unfortunately, I have no option to "Load Game," even though I granted permission when it asked me to store a cookie. :-(

1. How do I change the Party order? The top PC hoards all the xp awards...
2. Interface is annoying. For example "initiate new dialog" uses the X key and "clear dialog box" uses the X key - so I'm busy trying to shut the NPC up when the game registers two keystrokes and I have to "... more ... more ... more ..." thru their whole spiel again. "On" and "Off" should be different keystrokes.

its a gr8 game no matta wot any1 says. using flash 2 create a RPG is very hard work, im suprised the graphics aren't even worse. there not bad anyway just retro. id give it 92 out of 100.

I assure you that all of the spelling and grammar 'mistakes' were intentional, to create a specific effect.
But some people have mentioned that before, that there are 'spelling and/or grammar mistakes', but never give examples so I don't know what they're interpreting as 'mistakes'... So, examples?

Not bad, overall. The SNES-style graphics were pleasant, and the battle system is enjoyable, especially with the reaction commands. There were an awful lot of grammar and spelling mistakes in the dialogue, though - and I'm really hoping future chapters won't have nearly as many, as they tend to be distracting and spoil the mood that the game portrays, especially one that is "highly story-driven."

I've added the Statistics API to this chapter, but the preview version appears to small, and the size needs manually altering again before it can be published... hm.

Ok SirSasuke, if you took the time to read ANYTHING, you would understand that the graphics are not bad, but rather based off old SNES style RPG's
