still my favorite flash game, one problem though i seem to be missing one of the people in the encyclopedia, i think its mardeks dad but dont know how to get info on him. hmm anyone know what to do?

Thnx. Of course, I had to start my game over and spare the bandit.... but ive gotten to the tainted grotto, so I'm on a role. Hard Badge, here we come! (wow, that was kinda cheesy)

For the trilobyte keys - one of them is an item dropped by zombies walking around in Canonia.... and another can be found from one of the miner in the bar of Gozner (if you chose not to kill him earlier in the game, he will be there)

Anubis, keep in mind the critical role TYPES play in a battle. Bernard can be easily struck down by Verhn's Smite Evil, for he is a dark type and therefore a light attack is very powerful against him. Also, defeat the healer first, she is a nuicance to the rest of the battle.

The adventurer battle is plain old annoying every time you get the enemies health down to below 50 one guy pops a potion and the girl cures them and even with four people hitting one person turn after turn they just don't die. The battle last for almost a half hour before I ran out of mana and potions so I couldn't heal my people before they were killed.

Finkyshaga, could you give me the locations of the Tribolite keys? I found one in the Tainted Grotto and one in Social Fox's Tomb, but the other two seem to have once again escaped my grasp. I remember getting a key from the zombies in one of the towns... PS the entrance to the cave is in the southeast corner of the Eastern Glens (second area).

i started to really like the game until the other group of adventurers came along. that fight is absolutely ridiculous and stupid. i died (of course) because you don't give any warning that the hardest battle in the frieking game is coming up, meaning i had half HP and MP and no items shared around. absolutely ridiculous. 1/5 just for that

Game is pretty cool , though i didn't liked to start again the whole game to slay the dragon and do trilobitte thing. On next game, at the end you should make it possible to continue, but not having any updates or something like that...

All right..... started playing it again today to see what other things what happened.....but so far.....nithing...... great patch fix! Also, never said a bad game, just had some bad bugs in the past

Very well done! Old school RPG goodness with a fresh twist and great dialog. Total fan humor, and fan = nerd. Awaiting Chapter 3!

This game, in short, is incredible. No amount of praise or compliments can replicate this old-school masterpiece. As a huge fan of RPGs, I may not be the most unbiased source, but as a use of Kongregate I am very pleased and give this game many props. Kong even realizes how popular and prosperous this game is, as it gives a total of 96 points to obsessive completionists. Now, if only they would release chapter 3 so we can indulge in more RPG-y goodness...

im getting a glitch where enemies lose all their health, but dont dissapear, they just stay there, and i cant finish the fight. this gets especially annoying in the arena, having this on round 20.

owen tam which ones do u have? ones from a guy in the mine if u spare him u can get it from him at the inn, ones from the zombie dragon in the crypts, ones in the tainted grotto (not sure where) and the other is a random drop from zombies in the town that brings u to Morics ship (dont remember what the town is called i did it a long time ago)

why are some people comparing this to pokemon? its final fantasy style not pokemon style, anyway still love this game hope i dont have to wait much longer got ch 3 its almost been a year so far

I cannot stress enough how much this game deserves a five out of five. I have almost no complaints. In fact, I got none. this is as close to perfection as you can get, if the graphics were slightly better, maybe a few more items and such, this would be a counsle game. 5/5

Having a blast playing this old school style rpg with added newer style elements like umm elements and the such, love the ap gain using a,s,d in battles. Really adds to the battle involvement instead of just sitting there clicking attack and whatnot lol

Nikota, think about it. It's an RPG. Usually, characters level up. Still, it takes a while in this game... but yes, they do level up.

OMG I remember this game now I played the first chapter a long time ago and I loved it and I remembered it like a week ago and I wanted to look it up to see if they made a sequel but I forgot the name but how lucky how I found it with THE sequel!
