no just save it more than once!!!!!!!! gawd. if its a known problem, take some measure other than complaining about it. i have 4 files on it, and constantly refresh all of them just in case

This game was really fun and I liked it a lot but it glitched out like craaazy, losing my saved game and then making everyone invisible and not able to do anything.

Not quite sure what it is, but there seems to be one heck of a bug, because saved games for me won't appear, and so I died, and lost all my progress. Even after clearing all my temp files and the like, this problem won't go away. Major flaw? I think so. 1/5.

It is a really good game and deserves a 5/5, but I got really pissed off when I got to the end and it wouldn'y let me go back and find the other trilobyte keys and get the other hard badges.

im addicted i must say i love the style of the game. brings me back to my game boy days but a few things from a player
my constructive critisisim--- i havnt had any bgs apart from the save game one i cant load my saved files kind of pissed me off. take more time on chaptaer 3 to make sure that this works. id be amazing

the only other thing
as a player and i am sure all other players wouldnt mind and would like this... mabey having states and descriptions when we highlight over items to see what exactly they are and are good for. for example
insteade of highlighting antidote and all it sayig is antidote have it say Antidote-A potion used for curing poison
peace. its a great game

There is another solution. This appears in the forum. You need a program HxD, and modify some archives. I beat the game without this method but I can't switch off the computer. http://www.kongregate.com/forums/7/topics/29560

There is a problem with the save, you need to save twice for each one what you want.
When you save the second time you read the text "Create the saveslot 1", if you don't save twice, you have nothing

hmm reminds me of super mario brothers superstar saga for the gb advance where you play as one person and the other follows and when you fight you controll both players... aah good times goood times

I started with the save from the first chapter, the chest count was kept as it was supposed to be. All worked fine for me, funny rpg, really old school snes like, no major dificulty, the zombie dragon was the hardest to beat (though i did it on first try so.. not so difficult) & wasnt hidden at all, just the boss of the social's fox tomb you cant miss if you roam around to find forgotten chest as I did. Really enjoyed it and waiting for the chapter 3. 5/5

i can save my game because i uninstall flash 10 and install flash 9.if your game dont work,try that.somebody know where are the trilobite keys?

really i'm enjoying the game but 'til you fix it me and 100000 other players won't be able to finish the game.
it's a really good game but 'till you fix it, my rating goes down to 1/5.

Well this is nice. Lost a perfectly good save file from Chapter 1. Screw this. I can't uninstall Flash Player 10 and get Flash Player 9-, because my computer is bogged up. Just great. 2/5 sorry, it was OK while it lasted.

Pretty much what everyone else is bitching about here. Made it to the lake hag and save disappears, otherwise seems like a cool game.

I don't like those *stars* wich I see a lot in the story. Also the hidden chests/passages wich you can only see at the map aren't really fun. It's also very annoying that you have to make a right timing to preform an offensive/defensive action. The descrtiption from the phoenixdown could also be more clear, I thougth it was a far out too expensive healing potion wich restores 0HP. It should also be easier to read the description/properties/ablities from items instead of holding the e/p/a key down. Altrough, it has a very good storyline. 4/5

Don't know if it is a flash 10 issue as well but not only is my save not working, but Aqualung spell is not letting me leave the dock and go into Lake Qur

I uninstalled flash 10 and installed the EXACT same version as the game author's version on the title page based on this thread of comments. So far so good. Keep the save issued bumped till it's fixed.
