very good game, i love it. but ive got mardeks second sword "bronze sword" and its meant to give him 2 new abilities, smite evil and smite I. he doesnt get them at all. anyone help?

One bug, the magic shield spell, which is a beneficial spell for your party, is automatically set to cast on your enemies. If you could fix that, that'd be nice.

Fatal asd works fine. You have to hit it as soon as you see the exclamation point on top of the opponenets heads (offense) or ur head (defense) and it has been working fine for me. Make sure caps lock is off as well

Amazing game! 10/10 some of the most in depth rpgs I played in my life online, great game, great text, but... I beat the game right before the badges came, but luckily I didn't kill social fox so I just got the beat game badge. But really make it so that if you did everything you still get badges.

Unfortunately, it crashes on me.
My flash version is LNX 9,0,48,0, so it must be the "LNX" part that does the crashing. Good thing I have XP installed as a backup for such occasions. 5/5.
Also: Can't wait until other chapters and/or final release of Deliverance.

Dialogue is too long. And it would seem, you made the bees have too many chances of inflicting "poison" status on the characters. Other than that, game is kinda engaging.

In Trilobite city, they have all the weapons exept the burial sword dropped by the zombie dragon, its 44 attck power, weildable by Deugan. You win a super awesome sword for mardek by winning the Trilobite tourney. I never beat it though, died at stage 20.

There IS an auto save feature.
The green flashing means you're poisoned (haven't you ever played any other RPGs before?!).
I'll perhaps try to get an update released soon that gives you the badges if you've already done the things before the game was released!
And it's good to know that SOME people who can actually read, and who appreciate the story of RPGs... So thank you for the support, people!

Dammit! I know I said this game needed badges, but I did all that already.I really don’t want to do it all again just to earn the badges. It would be really nice if it could recognise when you load a game with those achievements already complete.

FFS the *whole point* of a good RPG is an unfolding __story__ and universe that you contribute to. If you don't read any of the text then you are missing the entire point of the game (and it probably explains why you suck at it too).
Aphlix: some games I hate, like Thing Thing, have badges (and cards). Deal with it. You don't need every badge.
rpgmaster2: just use Barrier Break if they use Mass Barrier.
Pseudolonewolf: don't worry mate, I think most people really enjoy it. Keep up the good work - looking forward to chapter 3.

Are people really rating this down because it has DIALOG? It's an RPG. I'm sorry, but having a 5-second attention span and no sense of humor about yourself is no reason to give a game a bad rating. You don't like RPGs? Find you get a headache if you have to read anything longer than an instructions page? Don't play this. It's that simple.

If you experience a bug though, try:
- Making sure that Caps Lock is off when trying to exit menus.
- Refreshing the page and loading your saved game again if your inventory becomes corrputed, you spawn in a wall, etc.

I love those retro-styled, pixelized RPGs, making them myself. I think the maps are a bit too pixelized because I'm used to 16x16 Tiles at a 320x240-Screen, but it's not really bad. Everything else is great, even if I haven't got the time to play through the whole story. anyway, 5/5.

1/5. This game bugged on me and cost me the game. I was so far too, i was right about to fight the dragon when i decided to look at my key items. I went back to my inv and only my key items were there. All my inv items were gone with my key items there! I went into a battle and tried to use items and it showed nothing.

i know that dialogues add some climate to the game, but i feel just like reading a book:/ not that i don't like books but this one is just boring and full of stupid jokes (i think the 'X' on my keyboard won't survive the whole 'adventure)

I'm playing through this again after beating it on Newgrounds about 6 months ago. Let me tell you, it's as good the second time around as it is the first. If I could give it 6 stars, one extra for the newfound re-playability, I would.

The game itself is pretty good, but it has more dialogues than all Final Fantasy games together.
So just 3/5 because of the need to abuse the x-button to cancel that freaking dialogues.
