HI Pseudolonewolf, usually I hardly ever comment on games but as I saw that yoiu are active on the forum just this: the Mardek series is by far the most intelligent online RPG I've seen so far ! Skill learning is great, design and story is good. thank you!

It's a pain to train def but more importantly, status inflictions should timeout instead of having to walk to a save crystal to get rid of it cuz your healer cant (yet?).

To train magic, rather than physical defense reactions, try going to the tainted grotto and letting bubbles and oozes attack you-they are the main magic-using enemies in this chapter.

I played this years ago.. I don't like how it was changed. I remember instead of assigning items to either character with little boxes underneath there was a huge grid you could put them in.... It's too bad i ddint finish this when i was younger..

@Violet84 yes, you do, you just don't need the equipment that teaches you that skill equipped once you've mastered it.

question: do you still need to equip skills after they have been mastered to receive the effects? (skills that are not attached to an object, like reactions or something)

Where is a good spot to train magic defense reactions? Boss magic attacks are killer, yet I can't find places to master the techniques.

Emela is the water guardian in Chapter 3. You don't actually see it said, but look how she acts around the entrance...

*SPOILERS*This game has a lot of attention to detail, so I was surprised and a bit disappointed that holy water doesn't do anything to the zombie shaman, but I guess that would make the fight way too easy.

Radish Craver: I've played thourgh the game many times and never had 2 keyblades. The odds are slim, so its hard to say.
Re Cel.Ang.13 selling items: You need many of them in Chapter 3. You can buy them back from the same shop at 2x what you got paid. Do not sell anything to Duegan's father. Do not sell any monster fangs. In fact, I usually grind for a couple hours just to get more fangs.

Did anyone else notice that the 10:00 minute timer NEVER hits 9:00, 8:00, 7:00, 6:00, 5:00, 4:00, 3:00, 2:00, or 1:00, it changes to X:59 immediatly after X:01

Awesome game, but unfortunately I can't beat the bandit leader... he just uses Thunder Storm or something and we all die after he fires his revolver

@kelvinthehero you can get gold by killing monsters and taking items and selling them in shops. @farfallen badges are not broken, make sure you are connected first. If the little plug in the top right corner of the chat box is red the game won't register you achieving badges, make sure it is green.

Ok... can anyone actually confirm that it is possible to in fact get 2 keyblades in this game? I have restarted the coliseum 10 times and cannot get the keyblade to drop again.
the keyblade is supposed to have a 50% chance of dropping. So the chances of having it NOT drop after 10 fights is 1/1028. Meaning I have a better chance of getting a natural zodiac spear in FFXII on my first try than my luck with the second keyblade so far.

In the first Moric batle, if you just kill each of his undead before they attack, he'ss keep summoning more and never attack. If you're all high-level and either picked up Vehrn or hired Zach, you can whittle down his health without taking a single point of damage.

Hmm... It seems a child armed with a stick could probably defeat a bandit with a sword. Wonderful game, all the same.
