I absolutely love this game.
It's more than worthy of being called an RPG.
I've spent over 90hrs just leveling up, getting all the equipment, and completing all the side quests.
The graphics are very well done and the storyline is one of the most interesting I've seen in an RPG game in while.
But, naturally, I have two complaints.
I beat both of the super-bosses(which was complete luck to be honest) and completed everything in the arena, but I didn't get the badge?
I worked damn hard for that badge(especially with those [PROFANITY]ing super-bosses) and I deserve it.
And lastly, I only played chapters 1-3 in the past 2 months, but why the heck isn't the 4th one out yet?
Call me impatient but I wanna play the 4th one asap!

And also, I had other stuff to say about this, but it was too long of a comment. Shame, but it prevents me from spamming 3 comments about how awesome this is.

This is possible the greatest flash RPG ever created. It is so big you couldn't enter in into one game. The world is extremely interactable, and the storyline is AMAZING. I love the music and the graphics of this game. As Azadude said, it is quite nostalgic with the feel of the game. It has simple game controls yet the challenge can be great. Another great thing is I never find myself grinding hours on end. Most of my hours on this are spent wandering the vast world and talking to people, and going with the storyline. I love the humor in this game, especially the part where they ask if you are a terrorist. Also, another problem I have with most games if that you tend to get repetitive going through dungeons and caves. However, with this, not only are the dungeons interesting and laid out with care, they are not too long and provide a challenge yet get to the points. My only complaint would be that on fighunter, the part on Mardek Chapter 4, it says 0% done.

@Flamewarrior Sorry, pseudo has said he won't even start Mardek 4 until late next year most likely. He's taking time from Mardek to work on other games.

@GameBuilder15 If you played Mardek Chapter 2, you'd immediately know who the Mystery Man is, and why he has an eyepatch over his eye. You'll see that many characters from Mardek 2 come back in a different way in this one. Plus, I can't wait for Mardek 4 to be unleashed. Imagine the epicness!

I am amazed at how many sumerian references there are in this game
deities as high priests, and with the correct rulings

No matter how many flash games i have played, and yes, there have been MANY, I always come back to this one as my favorite of all time. Hands down.

protip++: when fighting the mithril golem, the easiest thing to do in the beggining is to use legion's spirit nova, it will deal massive damage, making the rest of the fight easier, great way to train legoin as well

@mighytrazz Not that kind of sort, i mean the "every character get's the equal number of items without doing anything" sort

for those having trouble finding some items, there is a spirit circle in the store in the southeast corner of Gonzor, enter the circle, then speak with the spirit shopkeeper. He has a few incredible items. They aren't cheap.

I really enjoy the mix of styles, the pokemon/zelda eploration style and the common flash RPG combat make for a great mix. MUSIC IS AMAZING. 9000+ star

Pseudo, is it true you want to make the Mardek series shorter? I hope/beg not to do that. Take your time, take your focus, and everyone else, STOP MOANING. I know you're eager to play more, but if you dont stop moaning soon the Mardek series will be shortend to 6, 5, or worse 4. I don't care if I'm as old as the Gonzor Shaman when your done. If you aren't making the series shorter, sorry for the doubt. Remember folks, he's making the game, story, storyline, graphics, music, "jokes", fantasy all by his own. I'd like to see us try! But for next chapter I have one question. Could you make an auto-sort button on the inventory? It takes me ages to sort everything on the right place, and above that, for an example, I need to keep the antidotes away from Mardek since he can heal it without item's. Also take your time for that.

Okay...so I finished all the side quests, doing the solo arena's last. It said I got the badge, all's good I saved, quit, and closed the window. Several hours later I get back on to finish the game to find out that I have the in-game medal saying I completed all the solo-arena's, but the Kongregate achievement states I haven't completed the arena. Any ideas?

I'm pissed that I can't fight security demons anymore now that i have the gold pass!!! Pseudolonewolf fix this! add a secret one or something!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You can kill a security demon! Throw a noxius bomb at it, make sure it gets confused, and hope it casts death on itself! But it's almost impossible that will happen, so don't try it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yes! Victory! I have conquered the Security Demon. Here's my method to make this a lot quicker.
Party: 1 Poisoner (Donovan in my case), 1 PURE HEALER (Solarr), Gloria for her stat reducers and Null Air Once, and Mardek for Morality Block and to hold some items.
POISON HIM RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I CANNOT stress that enough. He has 60k hp there's no way in hell you're gonna kill him through conventional means unless you spent the last 10 hours power grinding. Have Donovan use either a Noxious Bomb or his Poison Spear to poison the demon (he has 40% resistance though). Then use Mardek and Gloria to get their Null Air and Morality Block up (Thunderstorm and various light and dark attacks). If he uses Thunderstorm off the bat then you're pretty much screwed. Then if the demon uses a physical attack, have Solarr revive/heal in the rare case the character survives. If the poison goes away, repeat. Just keep up everyone's MP and follow the guide and you should be fine.

Meraeador gets absolutely teased when you get him... He can get EVERYTHING he needs but ONE Fire Essence for his (IMO) best weapon. The Flamethrower!

Great game, obviously a lot of time and energy into this. But if I wanted to play Final Fantasy 9, I would go and play Final Fantasy 9.
