This RPG, right here, is pretty much the one that actually made me a fan of Pseudo's work. Perfected combat system, deep storyline... even a diverse skill system that would take one hours to even master every skill on all characters! Definately a step up from Chapter 2, which was good in itself. Wasn't as big of a fan of the Raider series, however, but that's just me being horrible at platforming. I have to say, trying to complete this game 100% is going to take me quite some time... makes me feel like I'm playing through one of the old SNES RPGs all over again, only better. I swear you added all of that content just to make it harder for us completionists to actually beat your game, Pseudo. And that's a challenge that's worth taking, when it comes to this game. Can't wait for Chapter 4, or even Beast Signer. Actually, hell, a remade version of Deliverance would be awesome too. At least Chapter 3 will be enough to keep me busy until Chapter 4 comes out.

The change from CH2 was a bit difficult (especially without Deugan .-.), but once I got into it this game kicked ass. The only thing I have against it is Thousand Needles is probably the most OP attack ever.

AGH!!!!!!!! STUPID KEYBOARD!!!!!!!!! T_T i want to play this game SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO badly, as i am an rpg lover, but the keys on my keyboard always stick and i can't stop it from happening... i gotta buy a new keyboard... I've heard a lot about this game, and i do wish to see just how challenging it really is, but i can't do it with a messed up keyboard. I saw some people complain about this being a nominee for 2010's top games, and so far it's got over 100 votes that i saw, it gets me pissed when whining [insert swear word here] put down what even LOOKS and SOUNDS like a great piece of work, and just with the first few lines that remind you of the old storylines, you can see that the creator has really put his heart and soul into this. I got into one battle, and it was confusing at first, but you figure things out pretty quickly.

This is one of the hardest RPG I've played, but its not frustrating at all. Its because you've managed to achieve a level of balance in every facet of this game that most game companies would be drooling over. I'm more than willing to wait for however long it takes for the next chapter. The wait will be worth it.

Also, it would be great if you could opt to attack the security deamons after you get the upgraded travel pass thingymawhatsit, I miss them :)

It is obvious how much work was put into this game, no wonder it took a while to create (I hear Pseudolonewolf does writes all the music himself along with everything in the game.) There are so many interesting conversations in the game unique to each individual character, that is one heck of a task for one person. If there is any reson to have a 5/5 game this is it. Truly addictive (I should really spend less time playing it and more time working but the game is too immaculate to resist) This is probably my 3rd comment since the game came out last year but I keep replaying the game every so often - I must try to finnish the annihilators soon as I end up in long periods of leveling. Great game! - My favourite on Kong.

Agh, got jumped by the security demon when he asked me if I thought he was attractive.
"Not really,"
"TERRORIST!!!1!"

As an avid RPG fan I must say this is easily the best flash series i have ever played. While i know mastering the skills imbued in the equipment is needed to progress effectively through the game. I don't feel I "have" to do the grinding it takes to master them. I want to. Every time i find new gear and see a skill i don't have yet it actually makes me a little happy inside. Is it a "rip off" of Final Fantasy? Sure it is. In the same sense that Halo is a rip off of Doom and Wolfenstien. Actually I love the fact that as I'm playing i get nostalgic for the old school FF games. Reminds me so much of FF4 and that is very much not a bad thing. Really when it comes to a good RPG it takes 2 main things in my opinion. A great story and the ability to make the player WANT to know what happens to the characters. This game does both with amazing tact and humor. The fact that this was not designed by some company makes it all the better. Great work Psuedo! 5/5 easy.

Was already halfway Ch.3 when I found out it also was on Kongregate, so I won't be able to get all those badges unless I replay it on this site O_O

Hey i have one suggestion... I sort of wish the sound effects and music volumes could be raised and lowered to personal preference. I like the music sort of loud (your music for this game is great btw :D) but if i have the sound effects with the music that loud its ear piercing loud. So i tend to just have sound effects off, so please could you make different settings for volume. Thanks :D

Mm, first of all: Doesn't Radalph, or however you spell his name, just look absolutely great in that armor and what looks like a black Metroid for a head?
Second of all; I'm loving the security demons.

If you hate gettin' killed by the security demon at the warport, which is lvl 50 and got all the posible skillz 1+ this! xD

I found this a lot better than final fantasy's 2D games. Knowing he designed this by himself, and the fact most games designed by "Armored games, CrazyMonkey Games" aren't as great as this. I have to rate 5/5 great work,

Personally, i dont like how we have to go from the fire temple's boss straight to the Idiot Gang fight without any healing or saving.

Well I would say 5/5 but I'd rather say 6/5 because this game is GREAT! If it gets any better than chapter three... Is that even possible? But it is Pseudolonewolf we're talking about so I think he will make chapter four EVEN BETTER! AND IT"S ONLY HALFWAY CHEERS TO A GREAT GAME!

I think the four and five star buttons are two close together two in every three people click the wrong one. That really should be the only explanation for this game not having 5/5 stars it is truly the perfect game. I can't believe this isn't the highest rated game on kongregate Everyone with the sheer amount of free time required to play it will tell you its the best out there. I've played many PS3 games that weren't nearly as good as this and would happily pay ten even twenty Euro for it. Pseudolonewolf is the undisputed king of flash RPGs and he's ONE GUY.

I had around 70 hours of game time, and then stuff happened, and my safe files were deleted, so now I have to start all over again.
I am somewhat uncertain of weather this is a bad or a good thing. On the bad side, I now have to play for another 70 hours before finishing the story. On the good side, I now have to play for another 70 hours before finishing the story.
Well, better get to it. Tally-ho!

Only recently have I noticed that even the music as well as everything else (the humor, the twisty plot, the brilliant use of censorship and ideas) was all made by Pseudolonewolf. And its only still the THIRD chapter! Plus, the creator still finds ways to improve the game even though it takes him a long time to make a single chapter. This deserves my 5 and also my #1 among my favorites. Kudos to you Pseudolonewolf!

The first time I tried to play it, I hated it.
The second time I hated it as well.
For some reason, now I absolutely love this game!
It's gigantic, fun, and there is so much to do.
I thank pseudolonewolf for creating this game!

I've spent 40 hrs on this series already and I'm only halfway done with chapter 3. Why do I feel the need to have every character master every skill? This game is too good.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So there are only gonna be 8 chapters right? THAT'S NOT ENOUGH! Lonewolf is such a great game maker I hope he makes another series.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Still losing? Maybe you don't have good enough armour or weapons. Maybe you skills arnt good enough. On the topic of skills you should try to master every skill you can. Obviously not EVERY skill since thats more or less impossible but as many as you can. if you level is too low or theres some skills you need to master just leave. There are plenty of sidequest to do which often give you some very powerful equipment.

saviors help
It seems a lot of people are having trouble with the saviors. Indeed they are one of the most difficult bosses in the game and almost impossible if you don't have a good strategy. Before the battle make sure you are fully healed and have you best abilities and weapons/armour equipped. As for the actual fight take them out one at a time. Defeat aalia first as her healing and shielding abilities will make the battle a lot harder. Next up defeat Bernard he has some pretty powerful magic attacks. You might think you should defeat vinnie next but when bartholio is the last one left he goes into berserk mode, often killing your teammates in a single attack. So kill bartholio then its just an easy battle with vinnie.

@SlayerBlade128 Inescapable death scenarios (which you spelled wrong by the way)? There is no such thing in this game. Sure one bad mistake can completely ruin a battle, especially karnos and animus, but that's why those battles were given an impossible badge. Maybe the saviors battle is hard but it's a hard badge anyways. If you're not up to the challenge this game brings you, why give it a bad rating and troll about it? 100% death is impossible, unless you haven't leveled your characters enough or don't have the most efficient and effective armor. Anyways this game is hard but that's the way it is meant to be. But honestly this game isn't that hard if you think of a good strategy and spend a lot of time. In all that you've said, what you really said was, "Sorry this game is too hard for me so please make it easier so I can get more points." If you still don't understand reread this comment, and if not then, then I understand why you can't beat this game.

Ok somebody tell me how to get past the freakin Adveturers after you get the fire crystal b/c it's so freakin hard!!!
