After logging around 40 hours of game play I have to say that this is by far the best flash game I have ever played. Well thought out storyline, side dungeons, epic main storyline and loot that that kept me entranced. You may have made my girlfriend somewhat upset due to the fact that I spent more of my free time here than with her but you've got an unparalleled game here. The fact that you've made it free and accessible to the masses is a testament to your workmanship and dedication to the flash platform. Bravo. Can't wait to see how you expand the storyline in future chapters!

I know it would take a lot of work but in my opinion a big part of the appeal of these games is decking your character out in the best available armor and everything and its a big let down when your characters appearance doesn't change to match his armor.

So addicting! Just playing chapters 1 and 2 I got over 20 hours playtime in just 3 days! The only times I stop ollaying is when I get a migrane for staring at my computer screen for too long! Can't wait for chapters 4-8 to come out! This game and chapters 1 and 2 easily deserve 5 out of 5.

Such an addicting game, and I'm probably the millionth person to have said that, but then when I look at the acheivements earned, very few actually got even the easy badge! I just wish that people woudl have more patience with this, and actually pay attention to what the creator has to offer taht he put into this game. Also, this isn't your regular adventure/RPG game where you walk around, saving your princess, it also takes patience plus time to think about what you're gonna do next. All in all, a very unique and outstanding game that wraps it up all together in 1 game. I HOPE THEY MAKE A 4TH! 5/5.

This game... is so addictive to play that I managed to get my first impossible badge ever. If this was another game, I wouldn't have bothered at all with the impossible badge:

I've spent more than 30 hours playing this game and I'm still eager to play more. Awesome game and attention to detail. I played 1,2,and 3 in a row and it broke my heart to see Mardek not notice emela in the water cave :( felt sad all day. Great job and I can't wait for number 4

So many comments positively "sucking up" to the creator - but i have to admit they are right. The Mardek series is for flash RPGs what the Protector series is for turret defense: The definition of up to date standards. The storyline somehow reminds me of Baldurs Gate, my most favorite game ever, balancing, parody, all in all a masterpiece.

please + this so Pseudolonewolf can c it, probably wont though, i just wanna say that this is far beyond the bridge of console and flash games, this series is just AMAZING! and that anyone who says anything bad about it is crazy, from the music to art, it is just perfect mood, and incredible, i would thank you personally if that didnt sound very stalkerish, i think i speak for everybody who has good taste in games, thank you, you should know your hard work is greatly appreciated!!

I must say that the security controls at the warport is very funny, i mean asking questions, however this is irrelevant. the game is great even though i have not finished it yet. i like the "return" of the so called 'Mystery Man' but i wont tell because it would spoil everything, but he is obviously a returning person. =P

I don't know why 123lean was rated down, this game does have quite a few mature references that were absent from the prior two. It is still an amazing game, and possibly my favorite flash game of any genre, and I thoroughly look forward to the next one.

ok im getting a new computer now and i don't wanna start over on the game, so what are the save file's name and what file is it stored in? So i can copy the file in a external hard drive so i can continue on the upcoming games. (i have windows xp if that matters) thanks

But this is a great game!

why do people always hate on developers even without playing it... its like ps3 fanboys saying how the xbox always breaks down and they themselves never had an xbox.... final fantasy ripoff.. its a flash its not like final fantasy for god sakes.. stop rippin on his game... its one of the few flash masterpieces you should atleast appreciate it guys

This game really needs an autosave.
I was at the end of a dungeon and I was able to see the save crystal on my screen, but then my browser decides to crash randomly.
I was grinding also...
There goes couple of my levels and a hour of my life. : /
