ahhhh!!! my maps! they keep getting distorted whenever i save and reload my game! || for the developer: however, it is notable that all "distortions" occur only around save areas (as far as im concerned) and all happen to have occurred in the shape of geometric lines that nonetheless are usually parallel to each other. it happens to intrigue me greatly.

I dont like Mardek's new helmet :/ But game is awesone just like previous chapters. I didnt finish this one and i just cant wait to see another chapter. Great job Pseudolonewolf!

Nice graphics and well made animations. How come so many whine at those? It´s made by one person who used his own fantasy and mind. Not by a whole corporation of brainstorming fanatics. Pseudolonewolf is an Einstein of game making. He knows what we like(well most of us anyway) and he does it well + with a nice touch of comedy and humour. And the variety of words and not being one sided when using them clearly shows he´s brilliant. The way the whole game is and how all the different characers are shows he made this game for us players and not for the profit. I´m totally hooked and I just can´t stop playing. Up at almot 80 hours so far and I played 60+ of em for sure. Cudos to Pseudolonewolf for this genious awesomeness. 5/5 The only sad thing was that Animus was too easy to be the last sideboss. Killed him while only using 2 characters. Mardek at lvl 46 and Sslen´ck at 41.
Mardeks battle system is totally unique, same goes for the skill-learning.

imo 'crappy' graphics in travel screen is just the part of whole parody thing. Pseudolonewolf did great job, if you ever played jrpg games like 20 years ago, then game becomes 10 times more funny for you. Some of dialogues are just hilarious, if you ever care to read them.
I must confess first time i tryed it out, i lasted for like 5 min. But short time ago i tryed renewed mardec 1 and then could not resist to try 2nd part, then 3rd..... Now i must say it is one of best games i seen on kongregate and i will do my best to get all badges for this one like i did for part 2. And i really hope Pseudo will do sequel soon.

guys, the reason the graphics are crappy is not because the author is lazy, it is because he wanted a retro theme to bring back memories of the old RPGs. In fact that is what most of the game is based on, also making fun of it at the same time.

Instantly hate this game. The movement controls are just... Bad. You actually have to stop for a split second to change direction...

What do you need all that money for? >.> What is maybe more useful is not to sell the ingredients as they can be used for the smith which was newly introduced in the 3. Chapter. (They were useless in Chapter 2 and suddenly you need them in Chapter 3)

i like this game, its not a ripoff of other games beacuse of its continuos storyline across all chapters, this game fully deserves its own genre

Wow, AWESOME game. :) This must be one of the best RPG's I've ever played. :) Love how monsters can hide in chests in Chapter 3, it's really something new for me as a compulsive box opener. :P Also, it's got a deep story, unlike those MMORPG's online like Runescape or Shaiya. And it's really, really, really long, which I like. Anyway, maximum awesomeness from me. :)

17h to finish chapter 2... I think i'm gonna be over 30h at the chapter 3's end! ^^ An interesting epic story in a medieval world with humour, collecting items and powering up just to destroy some extra boss are, for me, keys for excelent rpg!!! Thanx for the game pseudolonewolf, I'm really enjoying it! =) Keep going like this!!

The only thing I'm twitching about now is not having gotten a Sun Axe from a Revanant in the Sun Temple at the beginning. ;~;

There's a sort button at teh bottom of the menu.
It's the 2 arrows, click o nit to sort the inventory of the character you're looking at the inventory of.

I know this is suppost to resymble a classical platform rpg with the A/B keys, but it really needs hotkeys to automaticly open up the coresponding menu feature. (M key for map, S for stats ext..)

I love the MARDEK series of games, but might it be possible to implement some form of inventory sorting (by item type?) at the Save Crystals in the next game? It's getting a little hard to sort things out, and I'm spending most of my time perpetually rearranging things to keep them neat.

this game is a GREAt game and with every instalment the game gets netter and more depth is added and more itemsThe storylinealsobecmesalt richerwith abit of time and some effort this game will even start to rival the "final fantasy" series in all the above areas. One improvemtnt possibly for the next game would be a customisable weapons options were you can upgrade and improve your weapon so that the game is more personal and every playthrough can be diffirentto the last play through. Great game 5/5 keep up the good work :D

If you use Elwyen,you can find music sheet VII and VIII in the shop of Canonia.There is a magic circle there and go throw it you will enter an other shop which have many powerful potion.

SECRET SHOP SPOILER. I don't have sheet music II either and I have 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. I'm not too far into the game I've only just beaten the fire temple, and still feel proud of myself for beating the saviors. If your looking for sheet music try the magic shop in goznor. Theres a portal to the dreamrealm there with a 'secret shop'.

This RPG, right here, is pretty much the one that actually made me a fan of Pseudo's work. Perfected combat system, deep storyline... even a diverse skill system that would take one hours to even master every skill on all characters! Definately a step up from Chapter 2, which was good in itself. Wasn't as big of a fan of the Raider series, however, but that's just me being horrible at platforming. I have to say, trying to complete this game 100% is going to take me quite some time... makes me feel like I'm playing through one of the old SNES RPGs all over again, only better. I swear you added all of that content just to make it harder for us completionists to actually beat your game, Pseudo. And that's a challenge that's worth taking, when it comes to this game. Can't wait for Chapter 4, or even Beast Signer. Actually, hell, a remade version of Deliverance would be awesome too. At least Chapter 3 will be enough to keep me busy until Chapter 4 comes out.

The change from CH2 was a bit difficult (especially without Deugan .-.), but once I got into it this game kicked ass. The only thing I have against it is Thousand Needles is probably the most OP attack ever.

AGH!!!!!!!! STUPID KEYBOARD!!!!!!!!! T_T i want to play this game SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO badly, as i am an rpg lover, but the keys on my keyboard always stick and i can't stop it from happening... i gotta buy a new keyboard... I've heard a lot about this game, and i do wish to see just how challenging it really is, but i can't do it with a messed up keyboard. I saw some people complain about this being a nominee for 2010's top games, and so far it's got over 100 votes that i saw, it gets me pissed when whining [insert swear word here] put down what even LOOKS and SOUNDS like a great piece of work, and just with the first few lines that remind you of the old storylines, you can see that the creator has really put his heart and soul into this. I got into one battle, and it was confusing at first, but you figure things out pretty quickly.
