There's clearly a lot of backlash against people who didn't like this game. I didn't like this game, and I usually say so rather pithily, but I'll be more descriptive this time. The author clearly spent a lot of time on developing the game and putting real thought into it. I like the general premise of the game, and the storytelling is pretty good. That doesn't inherently mean that it's fun, though. The single biggest problem with this game is random encounters. They add nothing to the game, other than a way to grind XP, are tedious at best, and totally kill any momentum to the story. There's no real strategy beyond noticing the elemental basis of the enemy and gearing your attack towards it. I was thrilled, halfway through my badge grind, to discover that the "Flee" option worked well. (continued)

im sorry but the haters are right... this is the worst game i have ever played. true it seems as though alot of hard work and time was put into it but why waste all the time on this. dont make a 4th and just start with a whole new game all together.... good luck

GREAT GAME! 5/5. I would only like to see 1 or 2 gameplay/mechanics fixed. Healing not being reduced by Magic Shield (reduces damage of spells cast against the affected target by roughly 50%) would be at the top of my list. But other than a couple of small things, INCREDIBLE!

i have played chapters one and two as well as this third installment and i just have to say YOUR GAMES ARE EPIC, great chara development and terrific enemies (molestor made me bust a gut)

Pseudo, I have to say, I'm a HUGE fan of your music! It's not that it's of the quality of Beethoven's 7th, but the music matches the mood of the game, it makes it SO perfect and creates the feel or attitude of the game where it needs to be at the time. Also, the humor in this game makes it feel like I'm playing a game that's not corporately made. It has the sense of a major corporate game (quality and depth) with the humor of a home-made, and it's AMAZING that you can create such a game. Kudos to you, and I look forward to further installments of Mardek. You deserve a team to help you with these games, because making these HAS to get stressful at times. Just saying, you deserve more than what you have. I wish more people knew about this game that could help you out. Good luck with the rest of the series!

Blargh, It's one thing for Aeropolis to have a lot of shops, but for most of these shops (and a number in the game) to have /limited/ supplies of the good items?! Or in Aeropolis' case, limited even in simple fish scales? MY OCD NOW COMPELS ME TO BUY EVERYTHING, every fish scale will be mine! Muahahaha! I will not stop tell the economy is no more!

first of all fantastic game, but only one issue, in the save screen it wont let me exit until Ive pressed the z key like some made up number of times, but otherwise great game.

I feel kind of stupid. Ages ago, I ranted about how long the bosses take to die. Then, I actually did some of the side-quests and unlocked some abilities for my characters. It works! >.< Doh.

im sorry if you think this game is good but honestly it absolutly isnt good! you start off with straight shit weapons, abilities, and items. another thing is the battle system not good at all, i get into a fight (randomly which sucks!) and the four enemys attack first killing two of my party then i basically cant do anything then i die and have to restart from last save! i just dont understand how you can think this is any good. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS GAME IS THE WORST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!

2CATteam, the spell:spirit graft (solaar's spell) DOES recover mp for allies, and arcuz replaced this game on top five rpg =(

Come on.Repeating all the reasons why this game is so friggin awesome would be long and tiring, but seriously.Who under-rates this without even playing through it (less than 5 stars and favourite is under-rating) will be despised by me till...Till you remember it anyways.If you are an incompetent flag, please, don't rate, press ALT + F4, turn off your computer and go do whatever incompetent flags like to do.

If you return all 5 fairys you get astral harp the best harp for ellywen and you can buy scrabs which are like fairys.

If game is running slow just turn off particle effects and surroundings in the options menu,it runs smoothly on my shitty 7 year old pc when i do that.

Heh beat the mythril golem by using ellywen's doli dirge and waited because she had surivior and regen which is impossible to kill without haste.
