Just as nifty as the first episode.
High craftmanshift on graphics, sounds and gameplay.
Simple to play - hard to master. If you die, its your fault - as its tricky yet never unfair.

I had pretty good results with mapping the up key to both jump and climb/talk. The vine-jumping gets a little hairy, but otherwise, it works better because I've had a lot more practice with the up-is-jump layout.
(Note to game developers out there: if you're going to use a non-standard key mapping, it had better be the best thing since the microchip. This game is, I admit, rather nice, but it doesn't justify having to re-learn a new control scheme.)

hard on beginner, but fun. 4/5 due to some annoying sections.
@ zer0nix: you can jump on the upturned spikes and from there you can reach the vine. You never have to wait for death.

this isn't hard, it's just frustrating. i've respawned on room 3 8 times now and each time i've had to wait for all 7 points of health to slowly evaporate instead of just dying quickly. there is no reason for this to be the case! if no recovery is possible, just make it a quick instant death instead of prolonging your players discomfort.

Nice ... except for the save bug that either a) starts me back at the beginning of the level when I respawn, or b) starts me in the right place, but with only 3 lives. Sometimes there's a respawn bug that fails to draw any platforms, so I can enjoy going back and forth on the floating board above spikes until I restart the game from scratch. Hey, who's counting though? Oh wait. I am. 1/5

Can't wait for PT. 3 5/5.
I set storage to unlimited, and I am usung firefox but I still get a hiccup that kills a jump now and then.

MINOR GLITCH: Whenever you drop down from the floor type the let's you drop down, and you are at the very edge of the ledge that drops down onto a solid floor, you will get stuck in the side of the wall, but only if you hold down the down key. you can easily get out of the wall, but I guess I still should report it, because I consider a glitch to be nonprofessional skill at programming, which is very serious and can lead to bigger problems.

DON'T use internet explorer. Also, getting rid of the chatroom reduces a lot of lag. The way you turn it off is to open the game in another window at the same time as this window, and the chatroom will be gone in the new window. Close this window, and you have a game with less lag!

if you're going to have a bunch of rooms that require 5 or 6 precision min jumps off of vines in a row, just define a single button for it rather than forcing people to hold shift. Also add more checkpoints to beginner, like one every room. it worked for IWBTG and it can work for you.

ppl I know how to get rid of lag. u right click, go to setting, then set the scale all the way to the right and it says unlimited. much better now

Plain boring. In the past graphics like these might have been able to justify playing a game of this difficulty, just for the sake of playing, but nowadays there's no sense of reward for a game like this.

People:
Do NOT complain about lag. This is not the programmers' fault. The lag is caused by internet explorer 8 and not changing that slider bar at the beginning of the game to 'unlimited', as you most undoubtedly have not done! If you didn't, then right click, go to settings, and change the bar to 'unlimited', as listed in the description for this game!

Ya know, this is a flash game. I have a flying system and fast internet. I shouldn't have to read Updates to get a game to work when it's a flash game. 1/5 for poor programming resulting in an unplayable game.

Wow; I got S rank at the same time I first beat expert mode. I got it despite losing one life.
This version seems to allow more leeway.
