Yes RedXIII_2013. I actually lost my ARMS one time, making it impossible to fight back, but I was still alive. Annoyed the crap out of me.

Even proving to myself that the hard badge was possible didn't remove this game from the evaluation of 1/5, or "bad-controls-headache-migrane-land." Yay.

the game is quite challenging, but I do like the controls. yes, its true you do not have 'true control' of your character; the difficulty is figuring out how to make him do what you want. all games do this to some degree, even mario games, momentum is your enemy. this game just took that aspect of control and made it the most challenging part.
I'm inclined to think that this game is more like pacman, each enemy has a particular behavior and strategy to deal with it; its difficult to get very far in pacman or this game without looking ahead, you can't brute force this. you want to aim? tap just the up arrow to straighten out and your shots consistently go up; I've found the laser and spread shot guys can be dealt with orderly by inching from side to side slowly in time with the shots, and working out strategies for each combo of enemies.

Great example that cleaver programming does not make a good game. Feels like you have little control of the character, which makes everything else feel like luck.

It's very hard to find this game fun when the "challenge" comes from preventing the player from having true control over the character's aim and movements.

Fun game but really hard. The game would maybe be a bit easier if you gained extra lives without having to collect them as they fall. I miss the hearts because I'm trying to dodge shots or usually get the heart and die at the same time, negating the bonus. Very tedious.

For 1st badge:just press space bar (and keep holding) all the time,while going to one side to other.
I just shoot as a maniac.

if it halps, look at it this way. its an upgraded version of ragdoll avalanche. dodge the bullets instead of the spikes.

this game is very stupid u should be able 2 control ur shots better, and if it hits ur legs u dont die. and 4 the first badge u gotta kill the 4th monster in lvl 1

rofl, i had all feet and hands chooped off. Couldn't do anything except fly about. lol.
And urgh why do I always die as I kill bosses, and lose the lives rewards.

Why couldn't you have made the A key the fire button or something like that? Why? Do you have any idea how crippling it is not to be able to move up-left and shoot at the same time? Is it really not common knowledge yet that holding Up+Left+Spacebar at the same time makes many, many PCs scream in agony? QUIT USING ARROW KEYS AND SPACE BAR IN YOUR CONTROL CONFIGURATIONS, PEOPLE.

great game and concept, i love games which incorperate true physics. i hate how you have to pick up the hearts, i wish it was you auto got them when they reached the ground..

Very difficult, and I think that difficulty lies in the controls. It's a great game with a lot of potential and kickass music, but the controls fall short, they're difficult to pick up. Overall though, nice game.
(And by the way, kudos on being the first intelligent developer I've seen to ever put the song name and artist in the info. :D)
