its actually an easy game... all you need to do is kill and retreat, keep buying stuff from the trader... dont worry about defense... and keep attacking with ally waves... easy...

This game gets a solid "D". It doesn't get an "F" because it's actually a game - meaning, you can play it and (presumably) win. I got bored way before that point. So it's only technically a game. It's not fun. It's not pretty. In fact, it's pretty painful to play. The spelling errors show that someone really didn't care.

i would like to comment on the extremely loud arcadebomb.com button...WOW. either my volume was very high(which it wasnt) or its just too loud. really great game though. 4/5

I gave it 5 stars just to spite the DOTA fanboyz who seem to not appreciate that they are playing a free FLASH game. Instead of posting positive criticism, you guys just write "DOTA ripoff" and that's that. I guess it's not the maker of this game who's stupid between him and the fanboys...

I don't think everyone should automatically call this a bad game because it's a copy of dota. However, it lacks everything that makes dota fun (multiplayer, ganks, spells). Instead, it grabs the "last hit" gameplay aspect, which is easily the most boring part of dota. I actually would love it though if people started making good AOS games independent of WC3 (AOS == Dota-like).

Heh a flash Dota. Not bad for a beginning, but there's still lots of room for improvement. You should give some credits to dota makers in description though, don't you think?

there's a glitch with the ax recipe, its cleavage attack becomes your only attack, and it doesn't even cleave lol, so you only do 30% of your damage

I Cannot beleive some Jock-strapped birth of a game hit Kongregate. First of all it is a sad attempt to COPY the Warcraft III popular game DOTA or (Defense agenst the ancients)
First of all i am appauled by the fact you even tried this. I am also confused why it is getting such high ratings. The game is So basic and so boring. For someone to say this is original and complete is like someone sticking a Fork into your eye and asking you if you would like Fresh ground pepper with your meal with your meal.

Yes, this is like dota, but dota is a rip off of Aeon of Strife and a lot of other games before, so I won't waste my breath crying foul. It's a nice set up, even though last hitting is kinda challenging with a touch pad and such. This game could use some touch ups, and after that maybe a couple more classes on each side but you're on your way. 2/5 for now, but it has potential.
