Most importantly, uploaded games (including all components of games, such as audio) must be your original work or work you have permission to upload from the owner. Kongregate has absolutely no tolerance for uploading stolen content. Violators of this policy will automatically receive a one-week ban without warning on the first offense, and a permanent ban on the second.

I love to argue, use all the excuses you want. Im violating nothing, Read all of the kongregate FAQ. The game was flagged on day one, obviously the admins dont see a problem. ^^

Good Morning and Once again i shall restate this again and again and i know you just wanted to have that Big Bloody D next to your name to make you feel so special omg so bloody Special You are still in violation of the code of Kongregate wich says that it has to be your own work no permission what so ever it must be YOUR work it cant be Free to Distribute or other Wise Eve if it was Screen Shot proof of the Creators Permission its still not ALLOWED ITS HAS TO BE YOUR OWN WORK!!!

I will state it once again, you all may see it as you see fit, but the guidelines for uploading state that as LONG AS I have PERMISSION (and since its free to distribute) to upload it. I may. GOOD DAY!

This is Basically Stolen cause i do for a fact know that YOU did Not make this yourself ,Even tho its free for distributing kongregates notice is you must have made it yourself and not use anyone's elses work flagged and 1/5 Quote and i say it out loud" YOU MUST HAVE MADE IT YOURSELF!!!" Other websites basically dont have the policy where you can freely distribute the games

Oh and GD FierceDeity1, you just contradicted a statement you made earlier. Nice fail body, you say one moment that "everyone" has permission to upload it, but then you go and say I dont? Try to fail less.

I have no idea why the administrators are tolerating this. retsudrats from where the hell can you know this is a game with free permission to distribute. Have you ever tried to contact the author? You are simply shameless.

As you can clearly see, I have not stolen anything, seeing as you just said it is free permission to distribute, then it is not stolen. Cause Kongregate says as long as there is permission to distribute then well, its allowed to be here. Good Game, GD FierceDeity1. Why dont you try alittle better next time. Cant steal something, that everyone has the right to distribute.
