Your final update note lies. I beat Bugzilla on my first try, I had piled up on laser ammo and had +20 damage though, I also used 2 medkits and a stun grenade. Also to all complaining about missing, its just random, the problem with random is that its not always easy to see if its random.

Some rpg elements, like a way to improve your health, would fit well with this game. With all the bugs you fight, there's surely a way to gain experience...

Saving the world, eh? How could these bugs be menace to entire humanity if ONE human is able to slaughter all of them?
Btw, love these spiderwalrus monsters:)

this game is great but it proves 1 thing to me my math skills must be a lil rusty because i didn't know that 95% meant 50% thanks for showing me that i was way off....

i dislike how you can only complete most of the achievements on kong, and to get them you have to go to the other site, start all over again, and also would like to see some badges.
GREAT GAME! 4/5

On a game that records how many days you take it's a bit odd that taking your time and redoing several areas to get money and stock up will net you more points in total. I'm at the top of the high score list; for fiddling about, stocking up unneeded things, and generally wasting time killing bugs. Wouldn't it make more sense to get minus points for taking a long time? And how come when you've searched an area it gets run over with bugs, but at the end of the game they say you freed the city from the bugs? Judging by what happened when an area was searched you'd think the entire city would be overrun by the end of it... But anyways, it was a fun game, I thoroughly enjoyed doing everything on it. (And if anyone's interested, I killed Bugzilla with the Fireman and the Scientist. That drowsiness immunity made all the difference.)

Protip to whomever was trying to "correct" me.
95% means that with a VERY high chance, I should be able to hit.
It DOES NOT mean, "you will routinely miss 3 attacks. IN A ROW".
K?

Side effects may include nuclear melt-down creating downtown havoc in the form of anything but Ice Cream Themed Monsters.

finally got him, i just played the first square till i had a ton of cash, bought 100 energy ammo.
got all my items to full, took veteran and scientist.
first turn i stunned, then gassed, then molotov, spam alien gun attack 2.
when i get down to lower than 25% i used stun grenade and healed, then spammed attack 2 again until bugzilla was dead.
funny thing is, i tried that with veteran and riot police and i got owned. so defence is pretty useless.

Indeed that isn't how percentages work butterfly, but there's still a huge, huge trend of a good solid chunk of us (and who knows how many more that didn't bother to keep an eye on it or mention it) are experiencing miss rates that are far far Far Far FAR FAR beyond the probability spreads. One or 2 of us, ok random happens. As many as are commenting on it (including myself?) No - bullshit. Something is not right here - not at all.

@BWD777 that's not how percentage chance works. you don't succeed 95 times and then fail 5. you have a 95% chance every time, not "oh i missed that time so next time i'll be more likely to hit." the dice rolls are no co-dependent.

hint: kill the stronger enemys first and leave the weakest last. They can only attack 1 at a time and the weaker ones do not so much damage to you when it is theyr turn.

completed missions should have an effect on future missions, e.g. a mission destroying nests should lower the total amount of bugs permanently + if you agree

1) Have experienced the whirling background. 2) The percentages are certainly not evening out over time. 3) Even allowing LSO cookies, the game forgot which badges I'd already earned, making me hope Kong doesn't give this game badges for winning badges if it'll only forget. 3/5 for great idea, decent upgrades and gameplay. Limits on healing packs and not being able to shop in the middle of the day seem stupid. Make it cost an hour or something.

%'s to hit on skills seems to be totally wrong, unless you mean you have a 60% chance not to hit. In that case they are spot on.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
As MANY have said, percentages LIE.
Made worse by the fact that later enemies can 2-3 shot you. Healing up only 50 hp? Good luck, if you had 19 hp and healed 50 your turn is over and you were on 69 but OOPS that big one attacked taking 34 HP enjoy being inches away from death again.

You have got to be kidding me...
i have 70% to hit with strong attack, and i miss 8 times in a row and die...
i'm preposterously unlucky =/
Game is really nice though
