The Lord absorbs all ranged and magic damage healing him.This includes Angels Soldier.Do NOT use cannons,archers,or wizards on him.Use only titan units and Red Dragons,plus at most 1 Angel Soldier to keep all other enimies at bay.It`s best to play with elves because humans are bugged so that the lord pound you far more often he should.

this game so over-compensates when it starts losing...bringing 3 dragons, 2 demons 10 canons while fighting toad.....seriously, it wants to beat you.

For lvl's with mass archers use hobbits, if you can, also make sure you are able to upgrade your tower it helps a lot.

For those of you who complain about a bug with "The Lord of Hell's" HP... check his stats. Also use the elves titan unit, I think he gets distracted by her or something, he has a tough time fighting back...

If you're having trouble with 100+ units on the screen, right click and turn the quality to low.
Anyways, great game. I'm afraid to try the last level, I don't want to be pwned.

Alas! Some bug caused the final boss' hit points to bobble randomly around 3.06 million, having risen back up from 2.8 million or so. Eventually, he killed my castle. No number of elven archers, dragons, angels & forest guardians could budge the score. I'm disappointed.

Nice Improvement on the first. My biggest beef with Epic war 1 was the annoying sound effects you couldn't turn off so I'm happy there is a control for that. Maybe the units could be less detailed? 'Cause I have a dual core pentium 3 and the game still slows to a snail's speed when there are enough units on the field.

(continued): the titans should be at the second to last upgrade, not the last. it is obvious that you want a titan for the last level(s). but to get a titan you need the 70k xp points to upgrade. you can't play the last level to get the 70k because you want a titan before playing the last level, so you are forced to replay another level just to get the 70k. now you think you can go to the last level but think again, you have to do that for each race because you need all research maxed in order to the get the angel achievement, and you want the angel for the last level.

this game sucks! * most of the time is spent waiting for mana to upgrade buildings, then spent waiting for mana to swamp the enemy with units. * the same game design error is made as in the first game, you get rewarded for delaying your victory (longer game, more enemies killed, more experience). * the achievements are stupid, the first three are painfully easy to get, the other three are painfully hard to get. worse: you get the devil only after beating the last level (i never ever used the devil because of that)

Level 17: Use Arch angel and ranged units like cannon and trebs. Once Arch angel is charged up, use it. Then constantly bring in cannons and trebs. The arch angel will prevent The End from moving forward, protecting your ranged units. Every once in a while bring in the arch angel.

for levels like one to 12 or something send like 3 lv 2 squires and 2 dwarves every minute or so, upgrade tower level2, barrack and archery lv2, it actually works

The first one was alot better. Bosses are too hard. Totally ruins the game. Went from a fun but long game to a dumb and long game.

AshSmash, watch your castle's health: Last boss somehow drains it, that's why you can lose. Must act quickly! I've won with elves: $9999-beasts, angels and some $400 archers (not sure if the last ones helped, kept buying them while waiting).

FYI - The final boss can't hit flying units... I just kept on firing angels and dragons at it till it was dead and I hadn't lost a single one.
