I find that the Time Stop spell is way too powerful, I have completed every level in this game on epic difficulty with Time Stop being the only spell equipped. Other than that, I found Epic War 4 to be rather enjoyable and an easy 4 badges.

Take ka-boom, succubus, sylph, mighty guardians, dwarf engineers and valkyrie + shield spell against baal (epic) = easy!
Wait until you have full mana and troops then assault and recast shield.

ok aside from the fact that your troops don't go forward when theres an enemy in front of them. i think that if you click assult once it should attack the enimies but if you click it two times (in a row) it should send your troops right to there base

Good game, was a little confused on how to get more heroes past the first 3 ones.
It wasnt until I saw on the comments that I had to upgrade one of my own heroes to level 3 for others to unlock. Please positive this post so other dumb people like me can know :)

This game isn't very good, you don't get a lot of help figuring out how to do the more advanced things, and as far as I could tell there's no "hold" command, so to keep a unit on one spot in the map you gotta constantly select -> march -> select -> retreat -> select ->march. it's a pain.

For Level 16 on epic, i used: HEROES: Veigraf, Cassandra, and Kara. TROOPS: Untamed Beast, Phantom Ghost, Mad-Bull, Were-Tiger, Valkyrie, and Lord of fire (You just need melee). The only spell i used was Shield. Start up and attack straight out and use Shield as soon as you hit 106 Mana, and just keep using it whenever you can after that. (All troops, heroes, and spells maxed)

the last boss kinda sucked it seems the games are getting a bit easier the trojan horse barely does any dmg i miss The End that boss pwns

after my 4th elite unit.. i after i beat a lv i get money but it doesnt go to my like pot so i can get over 80000 now :(

I beg you . Please put a fast forward button (x2,x5) . It is incredible slow and actually I find no real provocation for the first 13 levels that I played . I belive you when you say that harded modes are more interesting , but in order to get there I lose all the interest in the long grinding .

Alright, for Challenge 3 use the Lord of Fire, he is slimmer than the Diablo and won't get hit. If you want to shorten up the battle, use berserk and rage skills at the same time to boost Lord of Fire's attack, it increases to more than double. And for the second challenge, for god's sake remember that to win you don't have to destroy the Big-Bang bomb, you have to destroy de enemies CASTLE. I have beaten it on the 3 difficulties focusing all my power directly into the castle and using Time Stop a lot. If you use a Lord of Fire in this challenge, it's really probably that he will destroy the bombs. Before he does, use the Shield skill and you are done.

@btrotta yes it is.u need alla meele units and the 3 fastest hero. Rush to the casstle when u have 106 mana use shield.The meele units will stay on foot so the mege pixel yeti cant attack the hope its help u =)

Woah, Epic War 4. This is almost like good old SNES days. Like Mortal Kombat 47, Super Mario Brothers Luigi's 7th Son or Bomberman Red Flipped & Reversed, where the only difference between next versions were color of character/enemies, flipped maps or replaced graphics.

hmm I think this game is great but they should make speed upgrade or just make a x2. I also think they should make more lvls
