Level 3 IS the first level you can't easily beat purely by spamming 'a'. The overall game is quite easy. Didn't realize potions were bought for points initially (thought they were also exp and that points were just score), but didn't actually need a second potion until the boss of level 4. Didn't die until the final boss. He killed me once and that was only because he's totally unbalanced and can kill out of nowhere in a single attack sequence when you have max health. Once you realize that and compensate for it though even he was easy...and I'm not even particularly good at this type of game.

lol you think level 3 is impossible then ur PATHETIC i beat the whole game and i only died 5 times and 3 of them were from the last boss

I don't know why this game is rated so low. At least 3.5. Maybe it's not perfect and graphic could be better, but gameplay is nice.

Could be much better; i think the things to upgrade are: The walking movement, The attacks, Levels, weapon shop, and a place where you can rest for hp. 2/5

An Awwwful game, the graphics are terrible( just look at Vindex walk!) The EXP'S and Points are horrible as the only thing you can do with points is to buy potions and fighting is terrible, you can earn more enjoyment and defeat enimies eaiser by mauliung them with your shield, and in perspective the embarrasment HURTS when Vindex gets hurt by an enemy an pulls a face that looks like a cartoon carcter suffocating. I rate this game 1/5 Vindex Gladiator is a much better game, go play that now.

By the way, Vindex is the root of the words from which we have devised the English "Vindicator." Cool, no? ... Well fine be that way...

I just beat a bunch of Spartanians to death with a shield, because they were in the corner and couldn't run. Now I'm standing with my back to them and they can't hit me as I write this comment. I enjoyed this more than Epic War 2.

block only works in the direction you're facing, which is fine if there wasn't a dozen enemies coming at you from both sides.
They can also defeat your blocking by using the 'break' attack as well, which makes blocking useless.
They can attack faster than your character as well.
All in all, this game sucks.
Achillies is much better.

Serious strategy issues due to the computer's infantry break + archers means player dies too easily. No way for player to work around this, and thus inhibits further gameplay.

not bad but too simple, no running or jumping and form paying rythm games such as flas flash revolution and rock band my lightning finger taps, quite frankly made it boring, goo idea good execution, needs more complex controls or it gets boring quick 3 out of 5

Great game, but it's too easy, I just buffed my strength up mostly with the occasional health upgrade and used the 's' attack the power my way through.
